Ep. 44: Monarch of the Humans (人類の王者, Jinrui no Ōja) is the forty-fourth episode of Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger. It features the debut and only appearance of Mario as the self-proclaimed Zyuoh Human.

Synopsis

Having discovered their secret, Mario hears the truth from Yamato and the others. Meanwhile, Bud meets Larry again, carrying the piece he obtained from Azald, who discovers the Zyuoh Cubes hidden inside his body.

The Sentai of Unsung Hero.

• Mario's "transformation" into the pink-colored Zyuoh Human is an in-joke reference to Susumu Terajima's prior role as Goro Unno, a suit actor who served as the Pink of a pastiche Sentai Team in the film Unsung Hero (2014).
