The Plundered Ninja Power (強奪忍者パワー Gōdatsu Ninja Pawā) is the forty-second episode of Ninja Sentai Kakuranger.

Synopsis

Daimaou releases a powerful clone as part of a plan to capture Ninjaman and use him as the key to take down the Three God Generals.

Plot

At the Yokai Mansion, Daimaou screams as he emits a bizarre green egg from his mouth. Cracking it open, it pours out a blue slime that rises up, which he declares as "his clone" as it grows and becomes it's true form, Daradara. Daimaou states he's been waiting for the day that he will defeat the Kakuranger and the Three God Generals, plotting they need to capture Ninjaman first as they're spied upon by Hakumenrou in secret.

Elsewhere, a storm starts to rage as Bun and his two German Shepards rush out and meet with Hakumenrou; the strategist states that when Daimaou reaches his 1200th birthday, he gains the ability to create the Daradara clone; it's different from other Yokai and seems to be a means to defeat the Kakuranger once and for all. Bun states that they must put a stop to this as Hakumenrou states Daimaou must already know he has betrayed the Yokai which Bun states could kill him; but the strategist states they have to tell Ninjaman he's now in danger as the boy and his dogs run away.

At the Nekomaru crepe stand, Ninjaman is playing with a girl as the Kakuranger admire how he keeps playing with one of the local girls who keeps coming by. The team tease him about his date as he states he feels bad her father is on "wormanfur", which he states it's a dad that's always away for business which the team corrects as "work transfer". Ninjaman bemoans how kids being left behind by parents is a bad thing, but the conversation takes a turn as Tsuruhime sits to contemplate, making the team quiet him as she contemplates the fate of her father. However, the girl, Yoko, is soon captured by the Flowery Kunoichi who hold a sword to her as Ninjaman tells them to stop; Ran fires off a technique that stuns the team forcing them to transform as the team fight off the female ninja and the Dorodoro but fail in the process. Ninjaman continues to hear Yoko's please as she's carried off by Sakura but the female ninja throws out chains locking up Ninjaman stating this was a trap; Ninjaman states this isn't enough as he breaks the chains; but unknowingly Daradara sneaks in via a local fountain and grabs the ninja; he struggles as Sakura states once he grabs you, you can't escape as the German Shepards attack her and Sakura runs. However the two German Shepards appear forcing Sakura to flee as Tsuruhime advises Yoko to run. Ninjaman becomes a giant to attempt to remove Daradara but the Yoki Lightning attacks as the creature also grows, strangling him as it absorbs Ninjaman's power before vanishing!

Later, the Kakuranger meet with Bun and find out about Daradara, with him stating that Ninjaman was taken to the Yokai's headquarter and that the team and the God Generals are the target. Tsuruhime wonders how Bun knows; Jiraiya states he was an apprentice under Sandayuu before his death while Saizou suspects the boy has a Yokai friend, but Tsuruhime realizes it may be Hakumenrou, which Bun denies, making Tsuruhime realize her father never betrayed humanity and infiltrated for investigation. Sasuke tells Tsuruhime to not get ahead of herself; he wants to believe but they can't get ahead of themselves, merely figure out how to save Ninjaman first.

At the Yokai Mansion, Ninjaman is chained up in front of Daimaou's throne, wondering what's going on and where his power is. Daimaou soon appears wondering if he can break the chains himself and stating how pathetic he is as Daradara hits him, shocking Hakumenrou. Ninjaman wonders what's happened and Daimaou reveals Daradara drained his power and that the ninja's now as powerless as a human, shocking him as he can't break out and the leader states he can't become a giant again. When Ninjaman asks what Daimaou wants with him, he merely states he's bait to lure out the Three God Generals and the Kakuranger; Ninjaman states that his masters in the God Generals won't be crushed so easily but Daimaou instructs Daradara to go forth with stage 2: go into the cit and cause chaos to lure out the God Generals.

Daradara returns to the city as a giant destroying everything in his path as Nekomaru rolls by, the team prepares to transform but Sasuke states they can't summon the God Generals if that's their target. However, Tsuruhime states they still have to try as they summon Kakure Daishogun. Daradara states he's been waiting as Daimaou orders his clone to attack, the creature hitting as Daimaou controls him from afar beating up Kakure Daishogun with ease. The creature soon spits out a black goo towards Kakure Daishogun, making it explode until Tsubasamaru suddenly appears, shooting at the blue Yokai and allowing for the fusion to Super Kakure Daishogun and the Iron Fist Flying Finish which the giant takes and explodes. Ninjaman yells at Daimaou for looking down on his master, but Daimaou tells him that Daradara absorbed all his power, leading to the creature to survive the attack.

As Daradara screams, it starts mutating, gaining attributes similar to Ninjaman including his symbol, helmet and sword, surprising the team! Drawing the sword, the new Daradara slashes Kakure Daishogun at Daimaou's instruction, attacking the God General before it uses a clone Daradara Rage Bomber, shocking Ninjaman! As Sasuke shows surprise at how it's using Ninjaman's abilities, the clone starts slashing Kakure Daishogun before it's blocked and knocked away with the arrival of Muteki Shogun. Daradara uses an electric attack but Super Kakure Daishogun soon uses a Flying Kick as Muteki Shogun summons the Flaming Shogun Sword and attacking the clone.

However without warning, Ninjaman appears on a rooftop, hurt by the attack! Muteki Shogun and Kakure Daishogun keep attacking but keep hurting the ninja apprentice, with Daimaou claiming the duo are now helpless and Hakumenrou appears besides Ninjaman. Daimaou states that all damage taken by Daradara will be hit by Ninjaman, despite the fact it is Daimaou's clone; thus the more they attack, the more Ninjaman suffers! Daradara soon goes on the attack as Ninjaman gets hurt while Daimaou states that if Daradara is attacked too much, the weakened Ninjaman will die as Daimaou claims that even if he's a coward, that's the privilege of being a Yokai. The duo God Generals knock Daradara away but Hakumenrou puts a sword to Ninjaman's neck, shocking Tsuruhime as she wonders if he's on the Yokai's side. Daimaou taunts them wondering what the Kakuranger can do while telling Daradara to go on the attack; Ninjaman tells his masters to not worry about him and defeat Daradara, but the God Generals are attacked by the spear, falling to the ground as Daradara attacks all of the hurt mecha. Tsuruhime pleads at her father to stop letting Daimaou get away with this at the risk of Ninjaman and the God Generals; while Bun and the German Shepards appear. Daimaou tells the victorious Daradara to absorb the God General's power to become the "invincible Yokai"; the creature changes it's hands back to it's own stalking towards the God Generals as everyone screams out whether for Ninjaman or for Tsuruhime's father.
