Ep. 32: Encounter! Kyoryu! (遭遇！キョウリュウ！ Sōgū! Kyōryū!) is the thirty-second episode of Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger. It is the first part of a two-part crossover with Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Thus, it features the return of Ian Yorkland, Nobuharu Udo, Souji Rippukan, Amy Yuuzuki, Gentle, Rika Fukui, Joyful Knight Canderrilla, and Funfilled Spy Luckyulo, as well as the debut of Prince/King Kyoryu Red, Daigo's and Amy's son, along with his King Gaburicalibur and God Kuwagata Zyudenchi.
It was later combined with the next episode as a single Kyoryuger Arc Director's Cut Edition (キョウリュウジャー編 ディレクターズカット版 Kyōryūjā-hen Direkutāzu Katto-ban) and released separately on TTFC.
Synopsis[]
The kings have been sent to a mysterious world under the attack of Dagded, the Uchu King! There, Gira and Yanma are attacked by enemies, but are rescued by a mysterious young man...? Where are we? In a new stage, Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger meets Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger!
Plot[]
Yanma proposes seeking an audience with the king of the unknown land they find themselves in. However, they come across Zorimas, who appears to be gathering individuals in a state of confusion. Gira and Yanma quickly draw their Caliburs and confront the Zorimas. Nevertheless, Souji Rippukan intervenes and effortlessly dispatches the underlings with a few skillful strikes.
Gira transforms, but Yanma is unable to. Gira tries taking on an embiggened Zorima, but just gets swatted down. Just then, a young man in red comes flying in and slashes at the embiggened Zorima, defeating it. The finisher, however, ends up snapping his sword in half. Souji scolds him for being so reckless and reminds his student, Prince, that his sword is his partner and must treat it as such. The young man reveals that he plans to be the king of Earth. Kaguragi finds himself attacked by Debo Senking, stealing a farmer's bravery. Kaguragi tries to transform but nothing happens but before Deboth can attack, a young strong man in blue protects him, telling him to run and introducing himself.
The man takes Kaguragi and the farmer to escape. Hymeno, Rita and Jeramie find themselves walking endlessly in a forest, where the find a cave full of cave sketching and lamps. A man in black comes and tells the monarchs that the public shouldn't be here, trying to flirt with Hymeno in the process. Rita demands to know where they are. The man tells them he is Ian Yorkland and that the mural in the cave depicts the history of the Kyoryuger. The King-Ohgers all meet at the shelter, where they find out that Dagded had come to Earth and brought back Deboth, who steals Earth's bravery, essentially removing the Kyoryuger's ability to transform. Souji says that Prince was sent from the future by his team and Yanma goes to Prince to fix his sword.
Prince then rushes to training while Yanma was talking to him. Rita then gets interested in Luckyulo while the monarchs and Souju talk about Prince. Debo Senking reports to his master of the King-Ohgers while Prince trains desperately to be channel his bravery. Souji tells the King-Ohgers of their bonds with their Zyudenryu. their capture and their inability to transform but he believes Prince is hope and be a strong warrior. The King-Ohgers tell of the Shugods who are similar to the Zyudenryu, Yanma concludes that due to them not being nearby they cannot transform either except for Gira.
Gira comes with the idea that before they leave, they will awaken Prince's power. Yanma fixes Prince's Calibur and sets Prince to battle Gira. Gira plays his villainous persona and demands that Prince battles him. Their duel begins and Gira gains the upper hand by transforming, mocking Prince. Prince finally strengthens himself and his bravery comes through as he knocks back Gira and a part of God Kuwagata's soul resonates with the young man. Prince realizes that the monarchs planned this, but before thanks could be given, Deboth attacks, the monarchs and Prince appearing shortly.
Gira and Prince transform into Kuwagata Ohger and King Kyoryu Red. The monarchs and Prince go to battle. Gira and Prince use their finisher moves to beat Debo Senking but then Kabutoshin Deboth grows giant before attacking the shelter and forcing everyone to retreat. Souji tries to save the farmer but gets caught in falling rubble. Elsewhere, a woman in pink finds the Zyudenryu. Ian and Jeramie find out that the forefathers of Chikyu had migrated from Earth.

- As part of Super Hero Time, this episode aired alongside Kamen Rider Gotchard
episode 6, Super A-Class ☆ Twisted Star. - The crossover coincides with the 10 year anniversary of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. The Memorial Edition Gaburivolver was also announced the same day with the announcement of returning cast.
- Gira is the only King-Ohger to appear transformed.
- Due to the the Rangers being transported to Earth in the previous episode by Dagded Dujardin, this is the first episode to take place entirely away from Chikyu.
- The ancient mural of the Kyoryugers depicts nine of them as wielding gun-type devices resembling the Gaburivolvers, with Kyoryu Gold wielding what seems to be Zandar Thunder. The production blog for episode 33's behind-the-scenes later explains that this segment of the mural is meant to be a prophecy written down by Jeramie's father, hence their appearance here.[1]
