Synopsis[]
The J.A.K.Q. try to stop an Invader Robot from creating a deadlier poison which can defeat them.
Plot[]
The J.A.K.Q. goes on the way where they detected CRIME's weapon factory, wondering how the tip they got was real, but can't trust it yet. Using the detector, Queen detects an explosive rockets where CRIME transports from this factory. Rushing into the factory, CRIME escapes, as they contemplates it's just a regular garage, but in an instant, CRIME explodes in, taking covers and escapes; Great Priest Cobra appears, introduces himself as CRIME's hitman, who giving that tip about the fake bomb factory and baiting J.A.K.Q. for the murder; King claims he must be joking, who can really beat the four of them. J.A.K.Q. then appreciate to fight, so Cobra releases many Cobra Twists, but it was beaten easily by their weapons, as the option for Cobra to cast Poison Barbs to inject cobra venom into their bodies, with Cobra leaves for them to die. J.A.K.Q. won't surrender, ensuring not to be defeated this time. Using their spare energy, J.A.K.Q. was able to make the cobra's venom disappear, kicking him with a Dengeki Kick.
Returning to Iron Claw, Cobra gets scolded for being failed to live up to his promises, how he lost all honor, as the only way to save my reputation is to kill himself through seppuku until Iron Claw stops him, maybe he should use a much stronger poison, but he denies over his limited poison which can't made to be stronger which Iron Claw states there is a poison ten times stronger than his venom, certainly it's Hamado X. Looking the photos of Hamado X, it's Executive Director Nakamura who is the first told, but Nakamura refuses it, asking what's the point of digging up the past, instead he was injected by Cobra, telling to J.A.K.Q. until he fainted. Taking the clock to Banba, Sakurai admits Nakamura was killed by cobra venom, and this must be Great Priest Cobra's handiwork, wondering why would CRIME go after a senior Executive Director. Inspecting the code 16.17.54.19.21.17.54.139.5.35.47, how maybe this is a code for him. Higashi and Karen returns, claiming Executive Director Nakamura was part of Hamado Unit, the special division of the former Japanese army that hid the army's treasures in the 34 Temples of Chichibu. Banba wonders if CRIME wants to control the world by going after treasure this late in the game, until Daichi knows the members of the Hamado Unit, and there were the six soldiers if he include Commander Hamado, and since the war, three of them have died either from illness or some accident, and now that Nakamura has been killed, meaning only two survivors left: Commander Hamado who is now the director at Tounan University hospital, and Mr. Furuta, the president of Furuta Racing.
Coming to President Furuta, Higashi and Daichi admits he will going to be targeted by CRIME too, assuming how Furuta is a soldier, who is not afraid of enemy bullets, and not scared of CRIME, while Daichi shows the proof of Nakamura, as it noted by Higashi about the code, but Furuta denies it, as the two other J.A.K.Q. leaves, until they hear the gun's sound targetting him, leading them to rush at President Furuta who has been died. Asking to the staff, the two J.A.K.Q. asks where Mr. Hamado is, and he is still at vacation house. Asking to Yukie, Sakurai tells Yukie where his parents going, with Karen asking her name is Yukie Hamado, as the granddaughter of Commander Hamado who can't find them at the beach or in the woods. Inspecting her grandfather's clock which was dropped in the woods, there is a code hidden on it. Returning to HQ, J.A.K.Q. claims it's not definitely a Rosicrucian code, getting nothing from the cipher side, even not a code for a scytale either, but it's a Polybius square. Marking at 16 in ha, then 17 in ma, 54 in to, 9 in ra, 21 in i, 17 in ma again, 54 in to again, Daichi wonders what about 139 is, and maybe is a key, Ha-Ma-To-Ra-I-Ma-To, meaning an another name for king cobra, and the official name for hamadrymad, realizing the Hamado Unit was a science division who succeeded in creating powerful poison called Hamado X, which is after CRIME, noting Commander Hamado and Koichi at one of the 34 Temples of Chichibu.
Searching by Sky Ace, the J.A.K.Q. assumed that Commander Hamado and his grandson Koichi were abducted and forced to search for Hamado X, searching all over the temples of Chichibu for them. They were forced by Cobra to find the way until they are found by Sky Ace, leading to be helped, but Cobra stops it, offering a poison if they defy him, asking to try anything like that again and they'll be dead. Sakurai and Karen still can't find them, suggesting that Chichibu is a huge area. Reprimanded to find something, they refuses and unbeknownst, as they hid 32 years ago after all; how he wonders to need to find it before J.A.K.Q. finds them, if he had Hamado X, he could send J.A.K.Q. to hell less than 10 seconds, but it was reported by CRIME that ISSIS gets on this way. Spreading the Cobra Twist, the officers were killed, as he proclaimed victory, but Higashi gets on the way to block Cobra's ambition, and in the same time, Daichi searches, but the ISSIS soldiers were twisted by cobra too. Taking the Hamado family as captives, CRIME goes checking, but he pushed them, letting to escape until Cobra found him. Going to the cave near Mt. Tenmoku, there is Hamado X there, leading them to find it until J.A.K.Q. will be here soon. Cobra assumed if they have Hamado X, the world will belong to CRIME.
As the J.A.K.Q. continue searching, they notice it's almost like CRIME is using guerilla warfare, and if they keep at it, the numbers of victims will only increase, but J.A.K.Q. can't beat them at the mountains, and having to rescue Director Hamado and Koichi. Showing their map, Sakurai thinks there is a cave near Mt. Tenmoku. At the cave, J.A.K.Q. saves the hostages first, then fights CRIME until the cobras are coming; Mr. Hamado ensures they'll bite them if they move while they're down getting the Hamado X, as Cobra claims Hamado X belonged to him, declaring Hamado X is a poison many times deadlier than a cobra's venom, and capable of killing even J.A.K.Q. with one drop, but they hear a voice from the Tarzan Hime shouting at them, leading Cobra to praise at him like a king of African jungle. Hime commences Agents 9 and 10 shoot at the cobras, rescuing Mr. Hamado and Koichi while Hime being targeted by Cobra; as J.A.K.Q. stops him, declaring that is time for Cobra to pay his attention, but now he has Yukie as a hostage, contemplating how Cobra has plenty of Hamado X here, using it to get rid of J.A.K.Q. forever until he was approached by Aladdin Banba, who plays a flute to control the cobras, singing following the rhythm, as Aladdin reveals his true identity.
Spoiled by Banba, he commits to spray Hamado X, but it won't work, that's because Banba injected himself with an antidote to Hamado X, which J.A.K.Q. interferes them later, until Ace and Queen was trapped in cobras, letting Ace to Spade Spin, freeing from the cobras, leading to execute Big Bomber with a variation: African elephant. After the battle, the Hamado family was freed from CRIME's hostage, as ISSIS sures Hamado X is really gone, and it's all thanks to J.A.K.Q..
