The Vengeful Live Boxer (復讐のライブボクサー Fukushū no Raibu Bokusā) is the twenty-ninth episode of Choju Sentai Liveman. It is the second of a three-part battle against Volt's Giga Volt, introducing Tetsuya's partner Junichi Aikawa (the brother of deceased Academia student Mari Aikawa), his vehicle Sai Fire, and the new mecha combination of it and Bison Liner: Live Boxer.
Synopsis[]
Tetsuya and Junichi, the siblings of the Liveman's deceased friends, push forwards to do whatever it takes to defeat Giga Volt, even with unexpected assistance.
Plot[]
Tetsuya stops his charge against the Giga Volt. The Livemen ask who his brother is, and Tetsuya tells him it's Takuji Yano. Giga Volt fires another barrage at them, forcing them to relocate.
Suddenly, the Livemen and Kemp notice a new mecha burrowing from the ground - the Sai Fire. The Livemen approach the mecha for refuge. As Junichi hops out, Tetsuya punches him, and asks where he's been. Junichi apologizes, citing that he didn't know how to drive. Tetsuya explains that Bison Liner is out-of-commission and can't move because the machine's core - the A1 circuit - has been destroyed. Junichi turns and runs in fear, expressing a wish to avenge his sister. Megumi confirms that his sister is Mari Aikawa. Yusuke confirms again that Tetsuya is Takuji Yano's brother. The two new "brothers" explain that they found the mecha's plans after their siblings' deaths. Jou is impressed that their siblings made such progress, as by then he was barely half-through planning Land Lion's schematics. Megumi remembers how Mari and Tetsuya would spend time in the lab together, and determines that the Sai Fire and Bison Liner must have been what they were working on, which is confirmed through a flashback.
Junichi offers Tetsuya the A1 core of the Sai Fire instead, but Tetsuya refuses, because then Sai Fire would just be useless instead of Bison Liner. Yusuke suggests using the Live Cougar's power supply, since it was based off of other designs created by Takuji Yano.
Colon delivers the Live Cougar to the battlefield. She immediately asks if Tetsuya and Junichi are related to Takuji and Mari. As the Livemen prepare to switch the circuits, Kemp attacks and destroys the circuit, also wanting to trade introductions. Doctor Kemp turns into Beauty Beast Kemp and blasts the assembled squad. The Livemen transform through it. Red Falcon duels Beauty Beast Kemp. As the Livemen clash with the Jimmers, Colon attempts to protect Tetsuya and Junichi, who want to use the opportunity to avenge their siblings. Beauty Beast Kemp scatters them all with his Beautiful Rainbow.
Junichi cries. Colon, badly injured, offers the use of her own body as an A1 circuit, though Tetsuya tells her it might be too much. Colon also wants to put her live at stake. Colon is wired into the Bison Liner. As she struggles through the pain, the Bison Liner breathes back to life.
The two "brothers" launch their mecha again. Yusuke is bewildered by how the mecha are running, but Megumi knows it's Colon, and prays that none of them die. The Boffler Fighters bomb them as they jump off a cliff. Beauty Beast Kemp returns to the cockpit of Giga Volt and does battle with the two mecha. They combine into Live Boxer, shocking even Colon. Live Boxer attempts to fight Giga Volt, but lacks the power. Colon offers to sacrifice herself and give the Live Boxer its needed power. Live Boxer knocks Giga Volt back into the captive Live Robo with a Super Live Punch, which frees Live Robo from its imprisonment. Now, Giga Volt is captured in the Giga Field instead. LiveRobo falls into a mountain.
The Livemen climb into the Live Robo. Luckily, it powers back up. Live Robo supports Live Boxer. Within Live Boxer, Tetsuya awakens, and awakens both Colon and Junichi. The two robos walk off together as Kemp vows revenge, preparing to free Giga Volt.

Errors[]
- Earlier episodes of Liveman implied that the Livemen started building their mecha as a result of Mari and Takuji's deaths. This episode retcons that, with Jou having started planning Land Lion even before Volt was known to exist.
