Be Careful of Shaved Ice (カキ氷にご用心 Kakigōri ni Goyō Kokoro) is the twenty-sixth episode of Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger.
Synopsis
The Zyurangers become devastated when Dan and Mei abandon them to become punks via Totpat's special formula and Bandora's newest Dora Monster starts eating the rest.
Plot
At Bandora Palace, Totpat is preparing a magic potion to defeat the Zyurangers. While the Zyurangers are playing tennis, Totpat drops the potion into their shaved ice. Dan and Mei eat the shaved ice and, as a result, they become punks, getting into street brawls, cheating at Cho-han, and even having a confrontation with the Yakuza. While Geki, Goushi, and Boi are searching for them, they are attacked by Bandora's newest Dora Monster, Dora Boogaranan. The three fight the monster, but they are quickly overwhelmed and Dora Boogaranan swallows Boi. Geki and Goushi retreat and convene with Barza and, through research, they discover that Dora Boogaranan's weakness is the "face of truth". Barza decides that, in order to cure Dan and Mei, he must obtain the Mandragora; a mystical healing herb that emits a shriek that will send any who hear it to hell. As Barza is retrieving the Mandragora, he is attacked by Golem Soldiers, but fends them off with the Mandragora's shriek, which does not affect him as he is wearing ear plugs. Meanwhile, Geki and Goushi return to fight Dora Boogaranan. They attack the monster's face, believing it to be its weakness, but it has no effect and Dora Boogaranan swallows Goushi. Barza track down Dan and Mei and forces them to drink the juice of the Mandragora, but they remain unchanged. After Dan hits Mei in the head with it, the Mandragora emits a laugh, which ends up curing them. Having turned back to normal, the two come to Geki's aid and cut off the monster's horn. Unfortunately, Dora Boogaranan uses his regular tongue to swallow Geki. As Geki is being eaten, Dan and Mei notice the real "face of truth"; a second hidden face on the monster's neck. Deducing that Dora Boogaranan's weak point is only exposed while eating naturally, Dan allows himself to be eaten, giving Mei a chance to strike the monster's weak point. As Dan is being eaten, Mei readies her Ptera Arrow, but Totpat pushes her down. Dora Boogaranan attacks Mei, significantly weakening her, and she runs into a nearby forest. Totpat and Dora Boogaranan chase after Mei, but are unable to find her as she hides and devises a trap. Mei appears before them and, feigning surrender, sets off her trap, which launches three sticks into Dora Boogarnan's neck, causing him to release the other Zyurangers. The Zyurangers reform and Mei destroys Dora Boogaranan by firing one final Ptera Arrow into its mouth. After the battle, a group of punks that Dan and Mei had beat up come to them asking to be their disciples.
