The J.A.K.Q. are troubled by a flute-playing Invader Robot who wins over children and uses them to protect his own nefarious goals.
Plot[]
At Dreamland, there are kids playing rides, such as roller-coaster, merry go round, ferris wheel, carousel, and many more recreations. Hell's Angel spots that place, claiming it was an amusement park that he's heard, and everyone looks like having so much fun, so many beloved children here before going. Riding merry go round, Hell's Angel feels exciting, terrific and wonderful. When the hat flies from the head, he unrides it to find that hat. Falling, the children begin to see Hell's Angel until they run from him, as Hell's Angel want to attract them with this horn flute. Playing the horn, he entertain the boys and girls to gather around and dance together following his rhythm.
At JAKQ HQ, Banba claims CRIME's Hell's Angel is dancing with children. Seeming to fit that situation, Sakurai and Higashi shows Banba where Hell's Angel is, by tossing the red rose into the map destination at AE-105. Heading to Dreamland, JAKQ finds where the monster, as Hell's Angel is happy with roller-coaster. Getting dizzy, Hell's Angel then rest beneath the tree where he can't enjoy many thrilling rides for a longer time, until he was approached by JAKQ. He replies because he wants to talk with them about unconditional surrender, guessing that violence doesn't really appeal to him. Appreciating his proposition, JAKQ denies Hell's Angel's request, but their mission to defeat CRIME. Hell's Angel's mission is defeat JAKQ as well, but he doesn't seem about Dia Jack's Electric Sword, all he wants is a kiss from Heart Queen. Disheartened, Hell's Angel is going to rework and figuring out his plan to defeat JAKQ without shedding blood.
Back to HQ, JAKQ encounters Hime once again as he serves Banba slurping down a cup of ramen here. Telling a story number two, Hime thinks Banba's count is wrong, though, because it should go 1, 2, 1 even 2, applausing Hamster-kun even telling a story about a teacher is talking to little Yamaguchi's mother, but Yamaguchi hasn't been doing his homework lately due to being sick lately. Daichi supposes it's a hilarious story Hime ever made. Higashi tell Hime to cut it out, and that's not a theater while luring out Hime out of JAKQ HQ. Mizuki advises Banba to act more like a commander, not eating a ramen here. Daichi excuses it's an operation room either. Banba seems that's a good stuff which Hime knows just how to blend the flavors perfectly. Daichi offers Banba to eat his ramen, but he gives this food and also Hamster-kun at that bowl. Calling to Sakurai, Banba admires him that Hell's Angel told us to surrender to him, messing with us.
At the park, Hell's Angel continues to play the horn flute while dancing, as the girl sees him, letting the children to come no matter what. A boy then leaves to follow after Hell's Angel, taking permission from her mother. When Hell's Angel played his horn flute, the children couldn't resist following him. After hearing he was after children again, JAKQ headed out to investigate. Banba knows Hell's Angel is the one who lures out the children with a horn flute, like the Pied Piper of Hamelin. Hime asks Banba about this, indicating it's an old legend from Germany when the city of Hamelin was overrun with rats, with a man playing a flute appeared and agreed to drive the rats out, but none of the citizens would pay the man for his work, and the Pied Piper plays his flute and took all the children in the city and disappeared. Hime appreciates Banba's storytelling, and it was really terrifying story.
At Sky Ace, Sakurai spots many children playing and having fun, not to see any adults, and that's a place where families go together before he going to investigate that place. Intercepted by Crimers, he fights, telling the children to run from this place because Hell's Angel is a horrible murderer. Sakurai notes that bone flute to hypnotize all of these children. Returning, Hell's Angel encounters Sakurai thoughts he is planning by abducting these children for play and have fun outdoors because he loves children. Also, Hell's Angel also put a solar infrared cannon to attack JAKQ HQ from its destination, with once's complete, JAKQ HQ will be destroyed with one-shot. Sakurai claims he was heartless, and won't letting him to do this. Hell's Angel keep playing, those children keeps coming and coming. Just Sakurai thinks, that flute is hypnotic. Sakurai fights Hell's Angel alone until he blinks from Sakurai's sight, and in the end, he breaks Hell's Angel's bone flute, and the children is freed from that hypnosis. Freeing the children, Sakurai tells those children to hurry to get onto Sky Ace quickly, but he sees a badge which has a trace of explosives on those clothes. Having not to surrender, Hell's Angel has a spare bone flute, indicating he was going to have them board the Sky Ace and blow it up, as Sakurai figures out when Hell's Angel plays a flute and those children follows after him until he disguises as a ball and gathers children, declaring once the infrared cannon is complete, he's going to test, and lock on Sakurai first.
Locked up at jail, Sakurai looks the Crimers gonna setting the explosives to blow up his Sky Ace. As Hell's Angel commences the explosion, Sakurai instructs Sky Ace to lift off. The other JAKQ comes, hearing an explosion near Dreamland. Higashi calls Sky Ace to land, but it didn't respond, leading them to investigate that place. Mizuki reports that CRIME has infiltrated Dreamland, and something must have happened to Sakurai by reporting Banba, but it was realized to be Hime who reports to Higashi while being a comedian at JAKQ HQ as Higashi told Hime to not go the operations room, as Commander Banba asked Hime to watch it while he was gone out to play pachinko, just headed out a little while ago. The three keeps looking those missing children, noting Sakurai must have come here to rescue them. Higashi goes up to the guard tower, Mizuki and Daichi are sent to keep the kids, while Higashi is going to look for Sakurai. Mizuki and Daichi evacuate the kids from Hell's Angel's threat such as the explosive badges, as well as Sakurai was abducted by CRIME returned to them. Hell's Angel comes, as he declared JAKQ as fools, coming here before the infrared cannon is finished. Hell's Angel proclaims after collecting solar energy in that cannon, it will fire a 15,000 degree beam of light and heat. First, he'll kill JAKQ all, then taking care of these children too.
Hostaged, JAKQ asks where Commander Banba, but he is still playing pachinko instead. A Crimer reports that a solar infrared cannon is ready to fire, as Hell's Angel is ready to execute JAKQ, but he hears a strange sound from Commander Banba, disguised as the genius magician Chuutarou Banbano, the idol of children worldwide, and the Agents 9 and 10 as the bunny girls coming to trespass and arrive to that place, doing a magic trick show there while Hell's Angel told him to not do that, so the kids called him here by their pure hearts. Banbano doing a card trick, tosses the cards around Crimers, going to intercept Hell's Angel on the top of guard tower as he has pulled out of the explosive badges, revaling his identity as JAKQ's Acting Commander, rescuing them to change soon. Transforming, they battle against Hell's Angel alongside the Crimers until he plays the Hell Flute to strain JAKQ with those dancing music, making JAKQ can't move and keep spinning, as Big One arrives with Big Bomber to execute Hell's Angel. Disheartened by the loss of Hell's Angel, Iron Claw claims Big One as that damn people until Shine appears to warn Iron Claw about his failures, with giving him one more chance to kill anyone who interferes. Iron Claw calls General Antongam as the next commander soon. Following Hell's Angel, CRIME's next step is send out the invincible General Antongam. How will JAKQ be able to fight him?
