On the moon, Buldont is training with Barlo Soldiers in boxing to Hysteria, Acha and Kocha's delight; Bacchus Wrath storms in seeing his son being upset about the sudden appearance of Red Puncher upon Ohranger Robo's defeat and wonders if this is time for games. Buldont feels sad due to his father not understanding his feelings and tries to disown him as Hysteria states he studying boxing to train to be able to create Bara Boxer, the ultimate means to defeat the new foe.
Later, Shouhei rushes to the aid of Mikio, who is being held captive by the prince and Acha, making him want to defeat them. Buldont states he'll let Mikio go if OhGreen defeats his Bara Boxer, revealing the boxing Machine Beast ready to combat. Transforming, Shouhei fights Bara Boxer in a battle of fists as Mikio cheers him on; OhGreen withstands and launches punches to his foe until knowing him down; but Bara Boxer soon reveals a hammer to slam into him! Shouhei decides to unleash his Flying Punch, but Buldont shows delight at the move as he knocks the opponent down, only to untransform and hurt his hand! Buldont tries to finish him with the Barlo, but the other Ohranger arrive fighting them away while Goro saves Mikio. As Shouhei laments the loss of his boxing hand to injury, Buldont orders Acha and Kocha to use the Enlargement Beam on Bara Boxer, making it grow and forcing Goro to release Red Puncher for combat. The mecha and Bara Boxer combat one another, the Machine Beast spitting into the mecha's face before using it's hammer to bash it's head in before, at Buldont's order, it releases the Flying Punch, instantly mastering Shouhei's finisher but wrecking his hand in the process! Buldont reveals he had Bara Boxer fight OhGreen in particular was to steal the Flying Punch to defeat Red Puncher, shocking them as the Barlo forces them away.
On the Moon, the Baranoia forces investigate Bara Boxer's busted right hand as Hysteria compliments the defeat of the Ohranger mecha by the prince's move. Bacchus Wrath orders them to fix Bara Boxer's hand so that it would be strong enough that not even the Flying Punch can destroy it!
On Earth, the Ohranger fix up both mecha as Shouhei laments; Yuji complains both mecha are now inoperable while Shouhei laments that he shouldn't have used the Flying Punch to have this happen. Goro tells him to not lament and that he would have done the same thing in the circumstances. Shouhei states he will repay the debt with his fists, returning to his boxing studio, Iwashima Boxing, to talk to his coach. The coach states Shouhei isn't his student anymore and warned him to never use the Flying Punch for combat in it's body-wrecking circumstances. The coach yells at Shouhei for quitting the boxing gym and in not being able to take care of himself, wondering why he would return under these circumstances while coaching other students. The coach tells Shouhei to leave, but his grandson yells at him stating he left because he had to join the Ohranger beyond his control, rushing after OhGreen. Mikio states that Shouhei got hurt protecting him, but the coach yells at him stating no children are allowed at the gym. Later, the grandson talks to Shouhei, remembering how he was like when he joined their gym, being knocked around while learning the craft, fighting back no matter how far he gets pushed. The boy admits his grandfather said that Shouhei's punches would be great if they trained it, making Shouhei continue to lament. However Goro appears before him telling him to train at it; with Bara Boxer's hand repaired, they need boxing to defeat boxing and that Red Puncher is a boxer to the end; thus OhRed has to learn boxing to defeat it and needs to learn boxing to fight in OhGreen's place.
Later, Shouhei and Goro practice with the boxing skills, OhRed pummeling to learn while the coach discovers the training. He calls Goro a novice that can't do squat with what he's doing until he knocks Shouhei down, calling him a gutless wonder. Juri yells at him stating that they have to with how Baranoia's powering up. On the Moon, Bara Boxer's hand is repaired as it's presented spiked boxing gauntlets to further it's ability as the coach states that's why he's here. He tells Goro and Shouhei to get up and tells OhRed to punch the glove on his guidance, teaching Goro the means of boxing even as he accidentally knocks him down but prevents anyone from getting in his way. The coach tells Goro to use his hips to punch while Shouhei tries to keep up despite being injured, with OhRed learning the craft even as he falls down, being told to endure this to help save Shouhei with this battle, forcing him back up to keep at it. The training continues as Red Puncher soon fights with Ohranger Robo as sparring partner, Yuji stating they can take this as the punches continue to be unleashed by the giant.
Eventually, Bara Boxer returns to Earth ready for Red Puncher, the mecha soon flying out to face it as Buldont and Acha set up a giant ring for the battle: the "Ring of Hell". Ringing the gong for battle, Bara Boxer flies out punching Red Puncher, with the red mecha showing further skill from it's training. The giant blows more mist into OhRed's face while hitting him, the coach claiming it's a trick as he's hit into the ropes, leading to Red Puncher's electrocution; the coach claims it's a trick but Buldont states they can with their Ring of Hell. Red Puncher continues to be electrocuted and pushed against the ropes as Buldont tells them to go for the KO, while the other Ohranger clear out the Barlo and Baranoia elite, OhBlue, Yellow and Pink facing them in combat together. Momo destroys the Ring of Hell allowing for Goro to fight fairly, pummeling the giant with the coach's advice and knocking it down. At Buldont's command, Bara Boxer releases the Flying Punch, but Red Puncher blocks it, with Goro telling Shouhei he'll show the punch he learned from him as he enters into a fast footwork mode and starts pummeling Bara Boxer with fists over and over. Red Puncher ultimately smashes Bara Boxer in the face until flying out with it's own Flying Punch and unleashing the Magma Puncher, obliterating the giant Machine Beast.
Shouhei thanks Goro for accomplishing it while OhRed reaches out to shake OhGreen's hand, Miura stating that this friendship by the two of them is the respect that Shouhei has towards his coach Mr. Iwashima; both giving Red Puncher a wonderful gift for combat.
