Plot[]

Mashiro saving the convenience store
The episode begins with Hoeru working at a familiar grocery store. After impatiently serving two customers, his manager tells him that he'll fire him if he keeps that attitude. Suddenly, a thief barges in the store, asks for money and steals a cold sausage, which causes him to drop it. Hoeru catches the ice lollies and prepares to fight back, but is blocked by a man in a white and golden robe. The man tells the thief that he can't take his money before kicking him down. He then apologizes for the crowd and asks them to treat themselves to anything from the store with his money. He then takes the ice lollies from Hoeru, and tells the beaten thief to rethink his life choices before giving him the ice lollies.
Hoeru feels that something is off about the situation, and when a girl asks the mysterious man for his name, he introduces himself as Mashiro Kumade, AKA Godness Kumade, a man who fears no god and will change the world. When he walks out of the store, he's followed by a small bear-like creature that startles Hoeru. The bear introduces himself as Mashiro's devil debt collector, BearKuma 50, and prints a receipt out of his mouth. The receipt has 11,000 Yen written on it, which BearKuma tells Hoeru to pay for Kumade services, to his shock.
Hoeru follows Mashiro to ask about him, and Mashiro responds by calling Hoeru "Second Generation". Hoeru asks him why he forces people to pay him and tears the receipt, but BearKuma 50 prints another one. Mashiro responds that asking for help for free is even more privileged. Hoeru says that the prices Mashiro charges for his help are outrageous and tears down the second receipt. Mashiro decides to give this service on the house, just this once and touches his forehead, returning Hoeru's memories of the unholy marriage ceremony between TegaJune and TegaSword that led to the end of the world. Hoeru then worries for the other Gozyugers and runs away to search for them, while BearKuma cleans the torn receipts up and complains.

The Half Century Cafe turned into Corpo Half Century
Hoeru returns to TegaSword Village, only to find out that it's been turned into an apartment complex named Corpo Half Century. He gets in and is greeted by the sight of Ryugi and Saori romantically dancing in matching outfits, as Ryugi sings a love song to the tune of the TegaSword Hymn. After they walk away, Sumino comes out of an apartment with a plate full of radish. Hoeru asks her when did a high-class woman like her start eating radish, and she tells him that she's organic and ecological. Suddenly, Rikuo, now a student, asks the two to quiet down so that he could study for an university entrance exam, apparently having failed eight times. Hoeru notices that a Daruma doll kept around his neck is about to fall off, and Rikuo berated Hoeru for thinking that Hoeru wished him to fail, before the Daruma doll falls from his neck. Then, Hoeru notices Jouji accompanied by a caretaker who baby-talks to him, and surprisingly isn't annoyed by the fact.

The other Gozyugers living new lives
Hoeru is confused as to what happened to his allies, and then notices that he still has his GozyuWolf Sentai Ring in his pocket. After slipping it on his finger, a human-sized TegaSword appears in front of him while expressing his relief that he can finally contacted Hoeru. He tells Hoeru that he's the only one who can see him because his Ring was kept intact, as someone might've kept it safe. Hearing that, Hoeru can't help but thinking of Kuon, whom stolen his ring before the universe change...
At No-One World, the Bridans are confused, because despite their apparent success in organizing TegaJune's marriage and leading to the birth of the prince of destruction and the human world being reset, it remained as imperfect as it was before. TegaJune orders her generals to find her newborn prince, TegaNaguru, and bring him back to No-One World. Kuon adds that they also need to find his Sentai Ring, and Bouquet decides to took the matter into her own hands.
Back at the human world, TegaSword explains to Hoeru that the ritual that the Bridans prepared to summon the prince of destruction required all of the Sentai Rings. Because they used only 11 of them, the prince was born prematurely and the world didn't end. It just had it's "code" rewritten, hence the differences in the other Gozyugers' personalities. When Hoeru asks how to changes things back to normal, TegaSword tells him that only prince TegaNaguru can do such a thing. Suddenly, Treasure Hunt No.1 and Party People No.1 start attacking people. When Hoeru asks how they're back, TegaSword explains that it's another side effect of the world being rewritten, as these two No.1 Monsters didn't even need to use human hosts to be generated. Suddenly, Bouquet appears and asks for the Sentai Rings. Hoeru asks her if she's talking about his own, but she tells him that she's currently looking for another Ring.

GozyuPolar's first appearance
Mashiro appears again and asks Bouquet if she's looking for his Ring. Bouquet confirms that and runs towards him, asking him to take the Ring, but BearKuma 50 shoots at her. Mashiro tells her that she'll have to fight for his Ring and sends BearKuma to attack her. He then turns to TegaSword and greets him, while also calling Hoeru "Second Genenation" once again. TegaSword reveals to Hoeru that Mashiro was the previous owner of the GozyuWolf Ring, who fought alongside TegaSword in the Universe War and had his wish of saving it come true. Mashiro tells Hoeru that because he was the original GozyuWolf, Hoeru is a mere replacement, and that he himself is the true savior of the world. He then pulls out a fist-shaped Changer and a ring, and the area surrounding him is frozen as he transforms into his newest form, GozyuPolar.
After transforming, Mashiro breaks the ice and takes off his coat and starts fighting the No.1 Monsters. After handicapping Party People No.1 and sitting on him like a chair, he tells Hoeru that he's heard about him and knows that he has no wishes. He tells Hoeru than in place of a boring person like him, he'd be the one to change the world. Hoeru gets angry and headbutts into Party People No.1. He calls Mashiro out for calling him a "Second Generation" before transforming into Gozyu Wolf to fight alongside and against him. As Hoeru starts fighting the No.1 Monsters, Mashiro attacks him from behind. He challenges Hoeru for a world-changing No.1 Battle, and Hoeru agrees. After the two introduce each other, they continue fighting the No.1 Monsters. Mashiro takes on Treasure Hunt No.1 and summons BearKuma 50 to shoot at him before using his finisher on the No.1 Monster and destroying him.

TegaNaguru rampaging
The fight is interrupted as Prince TegaNaguru suddenly appears from a portal generated from the fountain. Hoeru runs towards him in an attempt to tame him, but is sent aback as The prince tears of a building and starts attacking himself out of panic about his nature, to Bouquet's worry. Mashiro calls TegaNaguru a baby and manages to block a punch from him, before jumping at the Robo and disappearing into his mind to calm him down, expressing that the Robo should feel grateful for being granted an audience with him.

GoodeBurn turns to the good side
Mashiro finds himself in a snowy area, in front of TegaNaguru, sealed in a fist-shaped ice sculpture. Mashiro asks him why he's hiding, TegaNaguru tells him that he was born as a prince of destruction just recently, but cannot differentiate between right or wrong. Mashiro offers to become TegaNaguru's "god" and teach him about the world, its goods and its bads. He shatters a hole in the sculpture and the two introduce themselves to each other. Mashiro find's TegaNaguru's name too long and tacky, and decides to rename him GoodeBurn, from the word "'bang' with a fist". GoodeBurn takes a liking to that name and shatters the sculpture. Mashiro is then transported into GoodeBurn's cockpit, officialy bonding with him and becoming his pilot.

The other Gozyugers regaining their memories
After the two return to the human world, GoodeBurn undoes the damage he inflicted. Bouquet asks him to return with her back to his mother, but he refuses and tells her that from now on, his name will be GoodeBurn and he's sticking around with Mashiro. Suddenly, Fire Candle appears from behind them in King Candelor, and swears to take the prince back to No-One World at force. Bouquet retreats to No-One World to report to TegaJune of her son's betrayal, leaving Party People and the Ai to fight Hoeru. Suddenly, Rikuo, Ryugi, Kinjiro and Sumino appear to help Hoeru, now with their memories and Rings back thanks to GoodeBurn reversing the world's restarting, though they don't seem to remember what happened until then. Nevertheless, the four of them transform to help Hoeru fight the Bridans.
As Mashiro and GoodeBurn start fighting King Candelor, Fire Candle engulfs its fists in flames to box with them as well. Though the two are initially evenly matched, GoodeBurn uses an uppercut on King Candelor, sending it flying and freezing it. On the ground, Hoeru fights Party People No.1 while the other Gozyugers are fighting the Ai. Hoeru prepares to use his finisher on the monster, but the other Gozyugers decide to join in as well, and help Hoeru destroy the No.1 Monster, much to his complains about stealing the spotlight from him. Back at the Mecha battle, GoodeBurn surrounds King Candelor with icebergs. Mashiro tells GoodeBurn that in battle, your heart should be blazing but your mind should remain as cold as ice. The two of them then use GoodeBurn's finisher - My Iron Fist! Blizzard Crusher - on King Candelor. A chilled Fire Candle threatens to melt GozyuPolar and GoodeBurn's ice the next time they fight, retreating to No-One World as King Candelor is destroyed and Mashiro is announced as the winner of the World-Changing No.1 Battle.

Mashiro declaring his wish to surpass TegaSword's position and save the world
After the battle, Mashiro gives the Gozyugers a receipt of 25 Billion Yens, which Hoeru angrily tears off. Hoeru asks him if he's getting in the Ring Battle once again, and Mashiro confirms it, showing off the Ninninger Sentai Ring that he somehow snatched from Hoeru. He tells the Gozyugers that while he does have a dream, he won't make it come true by collecting the Rings and partnering with TegaSword. Suddenly, the Ninninger Ring's frame turns from gold to blue. The episode ends with Mashiro, whom reveals his wish: To surpass TegaSword and become the world's new god!
