Bad Wisdom, Merging Caution (ワル知恵合流注意 Waru-jie Gōryū Chūi) is the sixteenth episode of Gekisou Sentai Carranger. It introduces Instructor Ritchihiker, a "villainy consultant" who comes to assist the Bowzock.
Synopsis
In hoping to improve their battles with the Carranger, the Bowzock hire Instructor Ritchihiker for consultation, unaware of his own long history with Signalman.

Notes

- This episode first introduces Instructor Ritchihiker, using footage of him in a blue form not seen during any of the General Havoc scenes in Power Rangers Turbo (which is all from his Ritchiritchihiker form later in the series).
- This is the last appearance of JJ Jetton.
- Technically, the plan to destroy Carranger with poisoned wine wouldn't have worked, considering that Ritchihiker seems to have forgotten that the Carrangers wear helmets, and therefore, wouldn't have been able to drink the wine.
