He's Here! The Wandering Exchange Student (参上! さすらい転校生 Sanjō! Sasurai Tenkōsei) is the fourteenth episode of Kousoku Sentai Turboranger. This is the opening episode of a three-part storyline introducing Wandering Boma Yamimaru, as well as his "human" identity of Hikaru Nagareboshi.
Synopsis
A new student arrives at Musashino Academy specifically targeting the Turboranger as the Boma are likewise joined by a powerful but mysterious new ally.
