Ep. 13: The Prime Minister is of the Ryusoul Tribe!? (総理大臣はリュウソウ族!? Sōri Daijin wa Ryuusou-Zoku!?) is the thirteenth episode of Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger.
Synopsis[]
Japan's first female prime minister is Ms. Mioko Karino. There's an urban legend surrounding her that she has kept records of various countries across various periods throughout history. She apparently knows who Bamba is, and when they met again, she said that she would tell them about both of their Masters in exchange for defeating the Minosaur that has been born from her body. However, she has one condition: She wants them to defeat it after the Minosaur is fully complete.
Plot[]
The Ryusoulgers and Mr. Tatsui are watching a news about the hospitalization of the first female Prime Minister of Japan, Mioko Karino. While PM Karino's condition and other things are unknown, the team discusses about anything about her, such as her used to be a fortune teller and a rumour of her getting out with an older man from a tabloid Melto read. Suddenly, they overhear Ui yelling "Look at this!". Approaching, the Ryusoulgers and the Tatsuis are shocked about Ui's discovery about PM Karino appearing on every old photos across every era. Even she is also featured on ones overseas. They suspect Karino as an immortal.
Meanwhile on Jyouou Hospital, Karino is being treated on a room when she is approached by two invisible people. When Karino realizes it, they reveals themselves as Towa and Bamba using KakureSoul, which the PM admits she does not realize. When Bamba reveals she is a former member of Ryusoul Tribe, the prime minister suddenly hugs the former, as she had missed him.
Meanwhile, Wiserue and Kleon are about to use an underground parking lot as their new base after the Ryusoulgers found out their last one earlier. Wiserue then complains that there are no any gondolas nor mirror balls for him to dance, much to Kleon's confuse. Suddenly, a strange Minosaur shoots a beam to Kleon, making them to say whatever they think, into the point them insulting Wiserue's idea. As the two spots the Minosaur and Wiserue shoots it, the latter runs away. Kleon tells Wiserue that it is the strange thing's fault, which the latter does not believe them.
Mioko starts telling the story about her, when she left the Ryusoul village 300 years ago to travel around the world. She then returned to Japan for fortune telling, and it came quite well. So, when she gave an advice to a politician, she have not thought of going politics too. She then admits that she has had a 300 years of normal life since leaving the village, which she considers getting dull. Bamba tries to speak about them all not normal, but Mioko stops him before he could say anything, as she already guesses it thanks to her experience of meeting many people for hundred years. Bamba then asks what Mioko wants. Before answers, Mioko says about the Ryusoulgers, the chosen warriors who eliminate Minosaurs, and her concern of not being one. She then answers Bamba's question... "Defeat my Minosaur," which she has accidentaly created a lively one. Towa and Bamba gets shocked and decide to go, only to Mioko to stop them. She asks to defeat the minosaur when it is complete in no time. As Towa protests of the consequence that she will be dying of the Minosaur be complete, she accepts her fate. And she promises to give a truth about the Ryusoulger brothers' Master if they complete her request, much to their shock.
After leaving Jyouou Hospital, Bamba tells Towa to not being deceived and do what they always do. As they see a dating couple quarreling and breaking up each other, the knights see a MInosaur who was in charge of saying what one is really thinking. Bamba confirms that it is the Minosaur born from Mioko Karino. Towa then remembers of Mioko's request and her reward of their master's truth, only to him gets startled of Bamba calling him to fight. The brothers then transform, and RyusoulBlack uses TsuyoSoul. But, it is worthless as Mummy Minosaur can read his attacks. The Minosaur then shoots the beam at RyusoulGreen, which his thought is said that they cannot defeat it unless it is complete. Mummy Minosaur then wrap the Ryusoulger brothers' most of bodies with bandages, before ending it with a shocking attack into the point of them detransform. Mummy Minosaur then leaves Towa and Bamba, who determines to force Mioko to tell about their Master after defeating her Minosaur.
As Mioko realizes that her body turns greener and Minosaur gets near into complete, Gaisoulg confronts her by slashing a glass mug she threw earlier. As Gaisoulg points his Gaisoul Ken at Mioko and asks his favour to help her dying, she reminds him of his former glory on his hero times as she takes two white roses and going somewhere. Asked by Gaisoulg, she answers it as the where she should be.
Meanwhile, Koh is surprised when Towa and Bamba tells the other Ryusoulgers about Mioko's truth nature as a member of Ryusoulger Tribe, which Ui explains the reason of the PM has lived for a long time. The brother also explains about Mioko's spontaneusly-born Minosaur. It is the strongest they ever faced that can read its opponents's minds. Towa asks for the other Ryusoulgers' help, As Asuna, Koh, and Melto are staring at each other to figure out how to face the mind-reading Minosaur. Bamba leaves the room.
Mioko goes to her husband's room and puts the white roses she brought earlier on a vase. She then regrets that she cannot grow old with the old man. Bamba then appears from nowhere and figures out the reason of the birth of Mioko's Minosaur – the pain of being left behind by a loved one. As she asks Bamba how understanding her can be a hint to defeat her Minosaur, the questioned one is rampaging a town by destroying a building. Koh and the others then come to stop it. As it keeps saying "Trap" (罠だ wana da), the Ryusoulgers figure it out, with Asuna says that saying it negates the point of a trap. The Ryusoulgers (minus Bamba) then transform and fight Mummy Minosaur. Alas, the Minosaur dodges all of their attacks, even RyusoulRed using HayaSoul is no use. As it shoots its beam at the Ryusoulgers, most of them can dodge it, but not RyusoulPink. After getting hit by the beam, RyusoulPink accuses RyusoulBlue to not thinking about anything, much to RyusoulGreen considers as an insult instead of an opinion. As RyusoulRed tries to stop RyusoulBlue and RyusoulPink's fight,...
Mioko tells about her heartbreak of cannot grow old with the ones she has loved, as she feels she is different. She feels that her death is the solution, as she is able to die alongside her current husband. Bamba is then surprised to hear that the prime minister who should protect the country does not matter that the Minosaur hurts many people, as she can fullfill her own wish. Bamba then reminds her of her origin in Ryusoul tribe and asks to play the game with the cards dealt. As he suggests Mioko not trying to run away by dying, the former can see latter's Minosaur is about to complete and turns giant. RyusoulRed then summon Kishiryu Tyramigo and DimeVolcano. The giant Mummy Minosaur then shoots its beam at the two Kishiryus. As RyusoulRed asks them to combine, Tyramigo refuses with DimeVolcano's quizzes being stupid as the reason, much to RyusoulPink's concern. DimeVolcano then says his real thought: he likes Tyramigo and he wants to talk, the reason why he has to ask riddles. The Ryusoulgers are touched, into the point RyusoulPink about to cry. Tyramigo also says his feelings that he does not hate DimeVolcano very much, which the latter is crying of being touched. RyusoulGreen says that sometimes it's good to say what one really feel. After that, RyusoulRed in ease combine the two Kishiryus into KishiryuOh DimeVolcano.
As KishiryuOh DimeVolcano is about to attack, Mummy Minosaur runs away of fire from its sword and shield. As noted by RyusoulBlack who came into the battle, Mummy Minosaur is afraid of the bandages of its body catching fire. RyusoulBlue then asks RyusoulPink to use MawariSoul to make the Minosaur dizzy and stop it from running. As she is assuming MawariSoul Armor and start spinning, she twists her left foot and almost falling, making her attacks hits a gas can. The can twists and flies into hitting Mummy Minosaur. RyusoulBlue realizes that the way actually worked and Asuna creates another miracle. He then orders RyusoulRed (in KishiryuOh DimeVolcano's cockpit) to shoot Volcano Cannon at the gas can, which burns Mummy Minosaur. As noted by RyusoulBlue, the Minosaur could not have expect that to happen. RyusoulRed eventually changes into MeraMera Armor using MeraMeraSoul, which empower KishiryuOh DimeVolcano to finish Mummy Minosaur with Volcano Slash. After the Minosaur is defeated, RyusoulBlack realizes something that it has been saying "Wanna Die" (ワナ・ダイ Wana Dai), as it wants to die.
Meanwhile in Jyouou Hospital, at Onoda's room, Mioko Karino eventually does not die as her Minosaur is gone. She then stares at her husband and the white roses, and tears fall from her eyes. She reminds of what Bamba said earlier and stares at her Ryusoul pendant as she resolves something... Later, Towa and Bamba goes to Jyouou Hospital only to see a panic among the gusrds and hospital workers of PM Mioko Karino having disappeared. As they go to her room, they only see her clothes folded, and they realize something...
At night in Tatsui residence, Melto remembers about what Asuna said earlier, much to Koh's concern. Melto have no idea what face he should make anymore. Even Koh suggests to smile cannot resolve it as Asuna consider Melto as thoughtless. Koh just wants the two to make up, Asuna tells another of her real opinions that she is grateful of Melto ideas that they always defeat Minosaurs. Asuna also says that there is something that cannot be said because it is a little embarassing. Koh and Melto reacts by smiling, followed by Asuna. Meanwhile, Ui sees a news on internet that PM Mioko Karino has been suddenly disappeared, which her father reacts this as unprecedented.
In a rooftop, Towa tries to use MieSoul to search for Mioko, only to be stopped by his brother, Bamba, who tells that the PM only used them all. Towa eventually stops and tells about his intention to ask Mioko. Bamba thinks that their Master's leaving has a reason, and the brothers then vow to find out about their Master themselves and do what they do now. Meanwhile, Mioko Karino is wandering again somewhere. Mioko will be always a part of Ryusoul Tribe, wherever she will be...
