Synopsis[]

A new ring warrior, Red Racer, suddenly appears before Ryugi and the others. It turns out to be a super housekeeper, Shoko Yamori, who has come to take Ryugi back to his parents' house! However, Ryugi rejects her, saying that he will never go back to that house. The secret of Ryugi, which no one knew, is finally revealed by Shoko!

Furthermore, Manners No.1 appears, and Ryugi politely decides to have a Manners No.1 Battle. In this battle, "Young Master Ryugi" will show his true potential in terms of common sense and table manners...!?

Plot[]

Hoeru and Ryugi are walking out of a grocery store, the former eating his favorite sausage and thanking Ryugi, with the monk reprimanding Hoeru to spend his salary wisely. An old man looking at them is appalled at Hoeru eating while walking, ranting about the youngsters lack of manner nowadays. Unexpectedly, Manners No.1 appears from a tire and asks him if he wants to teach Hoeru and Ryugi the proper manners. The old man agreed but this allows Manners No.1 to generate by using the old man as his host.

Manners No.1 politely introduces himself to Hoeru and Ryugi and gives them a business card. Ryugi gleefully takes it but Hoeru threatens to attack the No.1 Monster. Manners No.1 says that threatening him is impolite and generates a heavy chain around Hoeru's neck called Manner Chain. The No.1 Monster also mentioned that the said chain will keep weighing Hoeru down the more impolite acts he does, which ticked Hoeru even further. Ryugi prepares to attack Manners No.1, but suddenly, all three of them are frozen in place after someone blows a Whistle!

Not long after that, Universe Warrior Red Racer appears and attacks Manners No.1 while he's frozen. She says that he's putting himself and others in danger since his foot was 1.5 centimeters into the road line. With Ryugi seemingly recognizes her voice, Manners No.1 confronts the newcomer before apologizing and gives her a business card. However, Red Racer kicks him into the sky because his pointy business cards could also pose a danger, before turning to Ryugi and asking if he's okay, fully referring to the Monk as "Young Master”. A horrified Ryugi recognizes her, and she reaffirms his worries by detransforming and revealing herself as the Bakugami Family's maid, Shoko Yamori, and asking him to return home with her. Ryugi tells Hoeru to run and escapes from his maid with a flat face, while Shoko giving chase not long after.

Ryugi makes it back to TegaSword Village, where he's greeted by Kinjiro, who tells him he just served coffee to a customer. To Ryugi's shock, the customer is none other than Shoko, who managed to come there before him. She calls Ryugi by the title of a young master once again, which confuses Kinjiro. Shoko figures out that Ryugi didn't tell his friends about his background and asks him why, and he answers that he didn't want to. Hoeru return to the cafe, the chain still slowing him down, and asks Ryugi to take it off with his strength. Shoko freezes Kinjiro and Hoeru for not referring to Ryugi as a master and to address Ryugi with a rude tone respectively, revealing the Stop ability that the Carranger Sentai Ring grants her. She asks Ryugi to come back home again, but he declared that he will never return to his home ever again. Shoko reveals that Ryugi comes from a long line of doctors, and that she's a maid who served them for a long time. Ryugi tells her that he's now TegaSword's servant and will NOT follow in his father's footsteps. Shoko pleads for him to return, but he goes out to look for Manners No.1, with Hoeru slowly following him. Shoko looks down sadly, holding a yellow bookmark with a pink flower painted on it.

Manners No.1 keeps summoning chains on people to weigh them down for not having good enough manners. Ryugi appears and politely introduces himself to the No.1 before challenging him to a Manners Number One Battle. However, Hoeru is also somehow dragged into this battle.

In the first round, Manners and Ryugi display their etiquette when visiting someone else's how, with the No.1 gifting them and Ryugi sitting down properly. Hoeru, however, enters the house with dirty feet, so Manners No.1 puts an additional weight around his chain, despite Hoeru noticing that his feet are dirty too.

In the second round, which is focused on table manners, Manners No.1 shows how to use cutlery while Ryugi folds his napkin after finishing his meal. Hoeru drinks from a bowl of water, but Manners No.1 tells him that the water in the bowl should be used to clean your fingers, rather than to drink, and adding another weight.

In the third round, which is focused around manners in an old Japanese-styled house, Manners No.1 shows how to open a door, while Ryugi displays how to walk on a mat. Hoeru, however, steps on the edges of the mat, so Manners No.1 places yet another weight around his chain, and punishes Hoeru by electrocuting him for failing three times consecutively.

At No-One World, Bouquet fawns over her Rikuo-themed shrine. She's greeted by a Golden Aryee, the legendary nanny Cho Shinsei, who asks her about the shrine. Bouquet tells her about Rikuo, and Kuon, overhearing their conversation, realizes that Bouquet has fallen in love with Gozyu Leon without realizing that. He decides to play along with it and teases Bouquet, telling her that she and Rikuo would make a great couple. Mr. Shining Knife and Mrs. Sweetcake return to the castle and show off their newly-acquired Gingaman Sentai Ring, and together with Kuon prepare to take the Gozyugers' Rings.

Ryugi and Manners No.1 prepare for the last round of the Manners battle - The manners of combat - but are stopped by Shoko, who transforms into Red Racer to protect Ryugi. She starts fighting Manners No.1, who tells her that her fighting is lacking in manners and places Manner Chain around her neck to weigh her down. Despite her pleas to not fight back, Ryugi transforms to face the No.1, but not before bowing. While fighting, Manners No.1 tells Ryugi that he should keep a better eye on his tools, manage to evade Ryugi attack by bowing 90°, before attacking him with his business cards. Ryugi wonders how to surpass the No.1 with manners, but then Manners No.1 trips over Hoeru.

Manners No.1 starts lecturing him about his lack of manners, but Hoeru is fed up with The No.1 Monster’s biased judgement and bites his leg. Declaring that he had enough with Manners No.1 and his annoying obsession towards maintaining a biased Good Mannerisms, Hoeru transforms into Gozyu Wolf and starts approaching him, despite the chains still weighing him down. He then jumps and ulitizes the chains' weight to land a headbutt at Manners No.1 from above (subsequently recreating the 180° bow), resulting with Hoeru breaking free from his Manner Chain.

Hoeru barked at Manners No.1 that telling people how impolite they are is just as impolite, even borderlining as bullying. Hearing Hoeru's conviction, Ryugi realizes what it truly means to be well-mannered. Suddenly, Bridan reinforcements appear in the form of Ayayser Red Flash, piloted by Cho Shinsei, and Mr. Shining Knife and Ms. Sweetcake. Manners No.1 thanks them for coming to his aid, while Hoeru is annoyed that three more pains in the neck have joined the battle. Mr. Shining Knife asks from Hoeru and Ryugi to hand their Sentai Rings, but is shot by Kinjiro using his EagleShooter50, who appears alongside Rikuo and Sumino. The latter two transform to fight Mr. Shining Knife and Ms. Sweetcake, while Kinjiro summons TegaSword Green to fight the Dress Guard. Cho shoots missiles at TegaSword, but Kinjiro starts to get annoyed at her talking to him like a baby. She continues shooting and forces Kinjiro to land.

Meanwhile, Rikuo and Sumino fight Shining Knife and Sweetcake. During the battle, Sumino touches Shining Knife, and by using her telepathy abilities she finds out that he's got the Gingaman Sentai Ring. Sumino reveals that to Shining Knife and Sweetcake, startling them, and uses the opportunity to snatch the Sentai Ring from them. Sweetcake rebukes Shining Knife for his carelessness, so he promises to buy her a new fan. Rikuo decides to use his Gaoranger Sentai Ring to Retransform into Gao Red, and summons the Evil-Crushing Hundred-Beast Sword. He attempted to swing the sword at Shining Knife and Sweetcake, but Kuon appears as Garyudo and blocks the attack.

Garyudo then starts fighting Rikuo and Sumino in place of the married villains, much to Mrs. Sweet Cake swooning and Mr. Shining Knife dismay for being bested once more. At the same time, Cho continues attacking TegaSword with Ayayser Red Flash's missiles. While Kinjiro is successfully hit this time, he angrily declared that he's fed up with her baby talk, as Kinjiro is on his second youth yet still looked down by Cho as an Old man. Kinjiro finally unleashes TegaSword Green's Cupid Arrow finisher after taking flight once more, destroying the Ayayser and Cho Shinsei.

Meanwhile, Ryugi and Hoeru continue fighting Manners No.1, and Ryugi thanks Hoeru for helping him realize what true manners are. Manners No.1 sends his business cards at the two, who easily parried all of them. Manners No.1 then realizes that he ran out of business cards, which is ironically a breach of etiquette by his own standard. Ryugi tells him that it's fine, because he doesn't need a card to greet himself politely. Manners No.1 gets emotional over Ryugi being nice to him despite his impolite behaviour. Then, as the scenery changes to a blue sky, Ryugi tells Manners No.1 that manners shouldn't be used to look down on people, but rather to help them improve themselves, as Manners are ultimately a form of communication between two people heart. Manners No.1 briefly posing his hands like Ryugi as he is moved, but then reveals that it was just an act, so Ryugi uses his finisher on him to rescue his victim, before summoning the TyrannoHammer50 to destroy him, becoming the winner of the Manners Number One Battle.

Shoko, now freed from Manners No.1's chains, asks Ryugi to return back to his home, as she cannot tolerate Ryugi acting out even further. In response, Ryugi still stood his ground, exclaiming that no matter what she do, he will not return. A distraught Shoko claims that she's been worried sick for Ryugi due to his unsafe actions, and unfortunately, her dark desires to keep Ryugi safe no matter what resonates with her Carranger Sentai Ring, which starts glowing purple. Shoko ended up attacking Ryugi while she transforms within a dark purplish smoke, cancelling Ryugi's transformation as Hoeru could only look in shock.

With the smoke settling, Shoko is now transformed into Bōsō Red Racer, clad in a longcoat and armed with a spiked club. Her attitude now changed to that of a delinquent, She angrily tells Ryugi that if he doesn't care about his safety, then she'll take his Sentai Rings away and drag him home at any cost. A mortified Ryugi could only ask "Why?" to his maid as the episode ends.
