Dispatch!! The Proud Emergency Vehicle (出動！！自慢の緊急車両 Shutsudō!! Jiman no Kinkyū Sharyō) is the thirteenth episode of Gekiso Sentai Carranger. It is the conclusion of the two-part introduction of Signalman, likewise introducing his mecha Sirender; it also features a peculiar turn involving Beauty Zonnette that will affect future events.
Synopsis[]
With the other Bowzock fearing Signalman, Zonnette and a revived UU Urin head to Earth to trick him by manipulating him to fight against the Carranger, leading to trouble for both Kyosuke and Yoko.
Plot[]
Signalman stands in front of a field at Kobaan Base stating no one is around when Ichitaro rides by with his bicycle. The officer blows a whistle stating he's a space officer confusing the boy.
On Baribarian, Gynamo curses Signalman for being assigned to Earsh to eliminate the Bowzock. He states they'll be the ones to eliminate him as he asks Zelmoda and Grotch how they'll defeat the officer, but the duo feign sleeping to prevent them from answering him. Without warning, Zonnette states she'll be the one to destroy the officer, asking Gynamo if she can but the leader stating he can't put her in such danger, but she state she'll be OK. Summoning UU Wurin, Gynamo is surprised he survived the previous battle with RV Robo, but Zonnette states he did but wanted to another try to stop the Carranger and Signalman and this devotion "Revived" him. UU Wurin asks for another chance as he places a helmet on his head making spikes grow on his back, making the leader admire his grit and allowing for the teamup between it and Zonnette.
At Kobaan Base, Signalman is helping Ichitaro with his bike and states bikes, automobiles, space shuttles and UFOs all have proper ways to be driven and to tell him to look straight and not ignore the road. Without warning, a mysterious woman rides by, enchanting Signalman as she introduces herself as "Zonko" and wants him to ask what the matter is, which she reveals as her little brother being attacked by the Carranger, the bandaged creature crying that the Carranger attacked him and his body is injured as a result! Zonko states it happened yesterday stating that he saw the Carranger parking illegally and the team beat him up as a result! Zonko cries towards Signalman, making the officer realize that the Carranger attacked a civilian for pointing out a parking sign and he can't believe this happened. Zonko states to look at her bandaged brother attacked by the Carranger as it continues to cry out and states to look in her eyes that tell the truth, making her state she can never lie, making him believe in Zonko as she kisses him, making his signal go crazy. UU Wurin (the bandaged being) whispers he wants to bite him for that but has to be patient, while Signalman accuses the Carranger of pretending to be good people who obey traffic rules when around him but don't, wondering what traffic safety they obey when he chooses to take down their "false sense of justice". Asking Ichitaro for his name, Signalman places him in charge of Kobaan base while going off with "Zonko" and her "little brother" in pursuit of the Carranger.
Elsewhere, Kyosuke and Yoko are walking through the woods, Yoko claiming it's a shortcut to the boss' house. The duo pass Kobaan Base seeing Ichitaro confused as he states he's protecting it by order of Signalman. Kyosuke acknowledges Kobaan Base as his "traveling police booth" that Signalman uses; Yoko asks Ichitaro where Signalman is and he states "to destroy the Carranger with a lady and her little brother", shocking them as Kyosuke states the Carranger would never attack anyone other than the Bowzock! Yoko wonders what the lady and her brother are as they wonder if they're Bowzock but hide away that and distract Ichitaro long enough to run away. The duo transform to pursue the potential lead.
Red and Pink Racer head towards a railway as they discover Signalman's approach, Yoko pushing Kyosuke out of the way and hurting her leg in the process. Signalman decides to arrest the Carranger; but Kyosuke tries to tell him it's a Bowzock trap while the officer claims they're the deceivers! Zonko and her "little brother" watch as Zonnette admits her scheme to trick Signalman to fight the Carranger is a success and justice will fall. Signalman and Red Racer fight as Signalman throws the Carranger down and tosses him about and Kyosuke has a hard time even breaking through Signalman's defense. Signalman turns Signizer to Police Baton Mode and Kyosuke brings out his ViBlade as the two stand in ready charging towards one another; as she watches, Zonnette suddenly realizes that Red Racer is rather dreamy; while UU Wurin states he prefers Pink Racer as he states she's his type and grabs onto him, Yoko yelling out for Kyosuke to help her. Yoko reveals the "little brother" as UU Wurin, with even Signalman realizing it was the defeated Gorotsuki and Red Racer telling him to realize the truth which the officer does. When Signalman asks Zonko what's going on, she states she's actually Zonnette, Bowzock's number one beauty, making him realize the deception. Zonnette orders UU Wurin to attack Signalman, but he continues to chase Pink Racer, making her upset at him as Zelmoda shows up with the Wumpers to help them. Kyosuke summons the other Carranger, the team confused why this is a "belated" arrival as they join in the battle with their Speeder Machines.
UU Wurin continues to confess his love of Pink Racer trying to pin her down and chase after her as Zonnette curses at the Gorotsuki for ruining the plan. Signalman curses himself for not seeing through a Bowzock plan and feeling shame for allowing for Pink Racer to be captured and apologizing. Kyosuke states Yoko hasn't been captured yet and asks for his assistance to protect her, the officer asking for forgiveness which Red Racer gives as the duo clasp their hands in alignment. Zelmoda announces he'll kill both as he fires a beam but the duo respond back while the other Carranger show up and the team decide to pursue UU Wurin and save Pink Racer. Elsewhere, Yoko tries to nurse her leg as UU Wurin approaches with the Carranger finally showing up to rescue her. She fires her Bumper Bow towards it and then the team uses the Formula Nova to hold him off; only for his fallen form to be thrown Imocho imo youkan by Zonnette to grow him. The team tries to use Formula Nova again, but it doesn't work on the giant as the team tries to run away. They prepare to use RV Robo but the Gorotsuki states it won't work on him either as he fires his beams towards them and then brings out a sword to finish them off.
However before it can do anything, the Gorotsuki is shot at by a giant patrol car as Signalman apologizes to them, stating he has returned to the battle. UU Wurin fires his beams at the patrol car as Signalman fires the Signal Flash paralyzing the Gorotsuki and confusing Zelmoda and Zonnette. As he enters a tunnel, Signalman activates a new mode, turning the patrol car into a humanoid mode known as "Sirender", shocking the team he has a robot as well. Zonnette tells UU Wurin to eat Signalman and the robot, but the officer marches towards the Gorotsuki, resisting his attack as he uses his Wappagun, throwing out a handcuff to lock him down, then the Siren Dagger to slash the Gorotsuki. UU Wurin fires another beam but Sirender uses a Siren Shield to protect itself then activates the "Signal Flash" to blast it and then activates his finisher: the Siren Vulcan which blasts the Gorotsuki to it's end. Zonnette calls out for Revived UU Wurin as Zelmoda forces her to escape with him.
The Carranger meet up with Signalman after the battle complimenting his Sirender, his proud vehicle as he shows it off to them. Minoru states they have their own Ranger Vehicles and RV Robo; Natsumi states they never got to mobilize it but Yoko states they had no chance to; Kyosuke states they need to keep up with Signalman and do what they can with him with their RV Robo.
