Ep. 11: Unleash the Wild! The Beastmaster Plays His Flute (解き放て野生！ 野獣遣いが笛を吹く, Tokihanate Yasei! Yajū-tsukai ga Fue wo Fuku) is the eleventh episode of No.1 Sentai Gozyuger.

Synopsis

Rikuo, who is all alone, is confronted by new ring warriors, VulEagle and Zyuoh Eagle! In addition, the "wandering beast master" Gaia Todoroki arrives in TegaSword village. His true identity is GaoRed, another ring warrior!

Meanwhile, Onigokko No.1 appears in town, and Rikuo and Gaia decide to have a tag-team No.1 Battle. During the game of tag, Hoeru starts acting strangely...!?

Plot

Universe Warriors, Zyuoh Eagle & VulEagle

The episode begins with Rikuo, who practiced his dance routine for his song alone. However, just as he finished his practice, he heard two people running to his way, prompting him to throw one of his photographs as a boomerang-like projectile. The two men, claiming themselves as Rikuo Byakuya Victim Association starts accusing him of causing troubles with their respective loved ones. One of them, Kawashima angrily accuses Rikuo of making his girlfriend, Haruka to dump him to become a Rikuonist. The other men, Iwashita also accuses Rikuo because his fiancé, Maki, uses all of his wedding funds to buy Rikuo’s merchandises. Of course, both Iwashita and Kawashima didn’t come without prior preparation as they produce Zyuohger and Sun Vulcan Sentai Ring and a Silver Tega Sword each to transform into Universe Warrior Zyuoh Eagle and Vul Eagle respectively. Rikuo accepted their challenge as he transformed into Gozyu Leon, and the Ring Battle soon starts.

Iwashita and Kawashima losing their TegaSwords

Predictably, despite the duo Universe Warriors zealous attacks and good cooperation, Rikuo overpower them with ease and finishes them off after summoning Leon Buster 50. With their loss, their Ring Contract are voided and Iwashita curses Rikuo to dance alone in his stage forevermore before retreating. Rikuo paid them no need and claim their Sentai Rings happily. Unbeknownst to the Idol, a man in Cowboy-like attire observes his battle nearby…

Gaia makes himself known to the Gozyugers

The scene shifted to Cafe Half Century, where the Gozyugers (minus Sumino) received a package from Meguru Osai. The package in question is a specialized Sentai Ring case, in which they accepted gratefully. Hoeru nonchalantly boasted that so far, he's the one who collect the most Sentai Rings out of the Gozyugers, prompting Ryugi to remind him that he still had his debts to be paid. Before they could continue, a somber ocarina music could be heard, and a man in cowboy attire enters the Cafe as the Gozyugers looked on. The man commented about how Cafe Half Century had changed from the last time he visited, then he ordered a Hot Honey Milk to Ryugi, before introducing himself as Gaia Todoroki, a wild beast tamer. Kinjiro wonder when Gaia had visited this cafe before, only for Gaia to comment that he's simply wandering from town to town in order to find something. Hoeru promptly asked if what Gaia seeks is a job like him, and Gaia replied he's looking for a One Horned Beast that stole the most important thing from him. As Hoeru left stunned by Gaia's predicament, Rikuo heard a beast appearance at the city and quickly informed them about it.

Gaia transforms into GaoRed

Just like what Rikuo heard, a No One World did appear and created chaos on the city. The male Gozyugers appeared on the scene, and the monster introduces himself as Onigokko (Tag game) No.1, who declared that they must beat him at Tag game to stop him. Hoeru commented that Tokonatsu Atami did this kind of game before and wondered if Tag game is really popular nowadays. Nevertheless, the Gozyugers transformed and accepted Onigokko's challenge. The first game involved Onigokko being 'It' and must caught the four Gozyugers in a forest, which he attempted to do so by using his shoulder hands attachment. However, the Gozyugers manages to evade and strike the hands back respectively, with Rikuo briefly ruminates about his predicaments today. Just as Onigokko attempted to scolds the Gozyugers for not playing correctly, the same somber ocarina music could be heard as Gaia Todoroki arrives at the scene. He's quick to notice that the patron from Cafe Half Century are also bearing a Ring Contract each, before he produces a Gaoranger Sentai Ring and a Silver Tega Sword, which he promptly uses to transform into Universe Warrior Gao Red. With an additional player added to the Gozyugers team, the battle proceeds to Round Two at the city.

Onigokko declared the round two battle as Freeze Tag, in which the players who get tagged by 'It' must freeze in place until everyone is Frozen. This time, Gaia boldly declares their team as 'It', resulting in Onigokko and the Aryees to run away. As the Gozyugers give chase, Gaia simply produces a Kalimba from his satchel and uses his Sentai Ring innate ability: One Beast One Performance to win this battle. As a melodic chorus of WINNER! Gozyuger! can be heard, Hoeru starts acting like a literal Wolf out from his will and start pouncing wildly at the Aryees, much to the shock of the other Gozyugers! Gaia explained his ability to assert dominance to Wild Beasts using personalized tune and instrument per animal, resulting in the wild beast to obey his orders without question. Nevertheless, after Hoeru successfully tagged every player from Bridan's side, he protested that he is not Gaia's dog, only for him to act like a docile dog once Gaia plays his Kalimba once more. Onigokko then uses this chance to change the rule into Off-Ground Tag (TakaOni) and fly away. Gaia then decides to use another instrument, which is a Horse Skull...

Elsewhere, Sumino is about to attend to a high-class summit before the effect of Gaia's One Beast One Performance caught up to her. Sumino inadvertently let loose a shriek like a horse, much to her embarrassment and the confusion to every other people present around her. Sumino ended up leaving the site while galloping like a real horse as she cannot counter the effect of Gaia's ability. At the same time, Onigokko arrived at a rooftop while boasting about his TakaOni rule. His elation is cut short however, as Sumino, who already transformed into Gozyu Unicorn is still under the effect of One Beast One Performance, and she's on the same rooftop as Onigokko. Sumino ended up kicking Onigokko hard enough for him to return to the city, and allowing Gaia to tag Onigokko out, resulting him announced as the Winner of this battle. Just as an infuriated Onigokko asked for a rematch, the time already reached 5:00 PM. Onigokko then retreat after exclaiming that there's an unbreakable rule to not playing Tag game at dusk. As the Gozyugers and Gaia cancels their respective transformations, Gaia praises Rikuo that he had what it takes to be a Wild Beast Tamer like him. However, Gaia still announce that tomorrow he'll become Number One and steal all their rings before leaving.

As Night falls on Bridan's base, Fire Candle commented Onigokko's fighting style as the one he likes. Not long after, Bouquet informs Fire Candle that Onigokko is a special experimental No One World monster by Queen TegaJune herself. As such, Bouquet declared that she'll provide her aid to Onigokko when needed, in the form of Calendius. At the same time, Rikuo is shown at the same place where he practices his dance routine, now planning on how to defeat Onigokko and Gaia tomorrow. Hoeru then appeared by chance and the two discussed on how to defeat Onigokko tomorrow. While Rikuo asked if Hoeru had a plan to counter Gaia's One Beast One Performance, Hoeru assures Rikuo that while he doesn't formulate a plan like the Idol did, he still become Number One tomorrow by his own way. On the other hand, Gaia is shown to play his ocarina alone as he somberly remembered a woman. Gaia then vowed that this time, he'll definitely figures out the whereabout of the said woman, Luna.

The next day, all parties (Gozyugers, Gaia, and Bridan) arrives at a warehouse. Onigokko then announce the rule this time as Classic game of Tag, in which the Bridan will be 'It', and whoever survives until the sunset will be declared as Winner. As the final battle commence, Rikuo, Ryugi, Kinjiro, Sumino, and Gaia promptly about to retreat. However, only Hoeru stayed at his initial position, allowing Onigokko to easily tag him out without much thought. Turns out, Hoeru waited for this chance as he summoned WolfDecalibur50, slashed Onigokko with it, and forcefully declared his own rule = Whoever tagged by the previous 'It', will become the current 'It', and now allowed to defeat the previous 'It'. Onigokko is about to protest that this is a simple tag game, but Hoeru declared that No One can ever decide his own rules, before he repeat his own rules and beat Onigokko to pulp. Gaia is panicked by this sudden turn of event and uses One Beast One Performance to control Hoeru, but Hoeru immediately exclaimed that he followed his own order, not someone else before he continue to attack Onigokko, much to Gaia's disbelief. Rikuo is moved by Hoeru's execution of his free will and thus decides to act on his own as well. He then summoned LeonBuster50 and announce that Gaia's dominance ends right here. Thus, what started as a simple Tag game turned into an all-out brawl with Ryugi, Kinjiro, and Sumino proceeds to battle the Aryees. After Ryugi and Hoeru cooperate to deliver a blow to Onigokko, the No One World immediately changes the rule to TakaOni as he summoned a mountain of scrap metals to protect him, only for Ryugi to summon TyrannoHammer50 to pulverize the scrap metal mountain. As a result, Bouquet cannot stand still to witness Onigokko receives any more damage and uses Calendius in an attempt to provide support. However, Sumino then summoned Giant God TegaSword and reconfigures it into TegaSword Black to fend off Bouquet.

Back at Rikuo's situation, Gaia is about to use a pair of Maracas to control Rikuo, prompting him to use his recently acquired Zyuohger Sentai Ring to retransform into Zyuoh Eagle. Rikuo then commented that he might have learned something from Hoeru = Being Bound by Rules ultimately makes someone a boring person. Kinjiro eagerly notices that there's two eagle-based rangers present now, and RIkuo chimes that while Kinjiro is free to help him, but the Gaoranger Sentai Ring is still for RIkuo to keep, much to Kinjiro's agreement. The duo then attacked Gaia using their flight abilities, prompting Gaia to use a flute to control the Eagle Rangers. While Gaia One Beast One Performance successfully worked against Kinjiro, Rikuo quickly changes Zyuoh Eagle into Zyuoh Gorilla form, rendering Gaia's ability ineffective. Gaia is panic-stricken as he forgot what instrument needed to control a Gorilla, prompting Rikuo to land a straight punch to the Wild Beast Tamer torso. Rikuo proceed to exclaim that he neither want to bind anyone nor be binded by anyone, he'll simply tear up any form of Monotomy to liberate himself. Declaring himself as the main character in his own Season Two, Rikuo retransform into Vul Eagle, equipping himself with Vulcan Stick, Katana Mode and defeat Gaia using Hiba's Return finisher. While Gaia is badly beaten, he refuses to fall down as he still need to finish what he has started.

Demon No.1 emerges out of Onigokko No.1

Meanwhile, Onigokko is still being assaulted by Ryugi and Hoeru. Hoeru then declares Onigokko as his prey and proceed to deliver Wolf Decalibur Finish at the playful monster. Onigokko asked for a time out since his wounds is severe now, but Hoeru simply tagged him out and declared himself as the Number One in Tag game, leaving Onigokko in disbelief before he exploded. With Hoeru declared as the Winner in this Number One battle, things seemingly returned to normal until a painful death throes is heard from Onigokko. As Onigokko body burst into pieces, a hidden No One World arrives with a Roar, much to the disbelief of the Gozyugers. Gaia then notices something from the newly formed monster, which is a singular horn. A brief flashback then reveals Luna being the host of this particular monster. Gaia finally announces that this is the One Horned Beast he's been looking for as the Beast looked upon Gaia. Gaia then angrily charges at the beast, demanding the monster to return Luna to him as the episode ends.
