Engine Cells

This article is about a morping and power-up implements in Power Rangers RPM.

The Engine Cells are devices created by Doctor K to power the Ranger Operators' equipment. The Engine Cells are inserted into the miniature Zords summoned from the Rangers' suit logos to restore the Zords to their full-sized form. They are similar to the Power Discs in Power Rangers Ninja Storm.

These are also used to power the Nitro Blaster. No Nitro Blaster can function in 'blaster mode' without it.

The Cells are also used to power the Road Blaster, Turbo Plasma Launcher, or its combined form the RPM Enforcer.

In addition to the twelve unique Cells for each Zord Attack Vehicle, there are special versions for morphing (each type of morpher uses a different type of Cell, as shown below), as well as a checkerboard-patterned Cell for the Wheel Blasters.

When the Rangers use Engine Cells they sometimes say "Engine Cell Activate".
