Personality[]
Despite being the director of the I.S.A, a company known for repelling aliens with humanity’s best interests at heart, Eiichiro Tokoyari is shown to be anything but. Initially presenting himself as a strict yet fair boss, Tokoyari is actually quite heartless and inhumane. This is evidenced by the fact that he is willing to conspire with the Hashiriyans without any concern of what they may do to his own home planet. Furthermore Tokoyari is failure intolerant, ordering the assassination of Sutea for failing to sabotage the Boonboomgers.
Tokoyari is also a very cowardly individual. After Spindo was weakened by the Boonboomgers, he attempted to flee with Maimi realizing that their collaboration was about to end. In addition, Tokoyari used underhanded tactics to try to cripple the Boonboomgers. From sending Ishiro to infiltrate them, to spreading false propaganda about the Boonboomgers being enemies of earth. In doing so, he blackmails the Boonboomgers and raids their base, to allow the Hashiriyans unhindered access to their goal.
Overall, Eiichiro Tokoyari is a morally bankrupt and irredeemable slime-ball who is willing to throw everyone under the bus just to achieve his unknown intentions.
