Earthworm Monster (ミミズ怪人, Mimizu Kaijin) is the thirtieth of Egos' Monsters. He could spawn illusions, disguise himself as a human, and had a hook staff that launched grenades from the butt and turned people invisible. Earthworm Robot had a regular hook staff and electrical bites.

- Earthworm Monster was voiced by the late Teiji Ōmiya.
Design[]
- Earthworm Monster were designed by character designer Ryuu Noguchi.
- "Since he is an earthworm monster, the design is just a humanoid figure with a lot of earthworms on his body. However, it is interesting to note that his weapon is a fishing rod. It is unfortunate that the rod part was omitted from the modeling, but it is true that with this design, the worm becomes the bait (laughs).” (Noguchi)
