Durandel

Durandal is an evil sword created by the Bandora Gang and used by the Dora Monster Dora Knight, it is said that Durandel can only be created during the knight of a full Moon by a boy who has reached the age of 10 by laying hammer to steel in a forge then chanting a spell.

Abilities

• Energy Blast: Durandel is capable of firing black/red-colored lasers from the blade by first charging up the blade with red energy.

• Strength: Durandel is strong, it is even strong enough to catch the Babel Attack and throw it back at the Zyurangers.

Weaknesses

• Creator: Durandel is incapable of striking the one who forged it as the Durandel stopped and was surrounded by a light blue aura when Dora Knight tried to use Durandel to hurt Shigeru and when Shigeru entered Daizyuzin it allowed Daizyuzin to repair the God Horn and be able to destroy the Durandel.

• The Durandal's name came from the sword Durendal, a sword wielded by Roland a paladin of Charlemagne.
