Dugon Manattee (ジュゴーン・マナッティ Jugōn Manatthi) is a manatee-themed Gangler Monster from the Interdimensional Crime Group Gangler, equipped with the "Smoke on the water/La fumée sur l’eau" piece from the Lupin Collection.
History[]
At the boat yard, Dugon Manattee notice the arrival of Lupin Blue and Lupin Yellow. During the fight, He used the Lupin Collection's ability to make the battle area a bit foggy giving him the advantage in the fight against the two after that he fired his beam on the two causing them to think of the negative thoughts about Kairi before he escaped.
He later appeared at the factory where Noel confirmed his suspicion about Dugon's natural ability causing the others into worry warts. After that he then battle Lupin Red and Lupin X he tried to use the treasure's ability to conceal himself, but Super Lupin Red blows the fog away. During the fight Lupin Red gained access to Dugon's safe (which his password is 1-0-5) and got "Smoke on the water/La fumée sur l’eau" Lupin Collection. After he was then taken out by Super Lupin Red and X thus reverting the spell that he puts on Lupin Blue and Yellow.
However, Dugon was enlarged by Goche Ru Medou and battle X Emperor Slash and Lupin Magnum, but Lupin Kaiser Magic arrived and used a bit of magic on Dugon and then destroyed him with the GoodStriker: Smack 'Em Down Kick.

- Fogging: Due to the "Smoke on the water/La fumée sur l’eau" piece equipped in his safe, Dugon can spray out a fog from the ship bow around his upper body to conceal himself from his enemies.
- Energy Slashes: Dugon can launch violet energy slashes from both his Dugo and Mana Cutters.
- Worry Enhancement: Dugon can shoot red beams from his eyes that make his targets think about the worst multiple future outcomes and probabilities. This includes extremely unlikely and ridiculous outcomes.
- Leaping: Dugon can leap long distances to dodge enemy attacks and rush at them.
