Drill Horn was a four-headed drill-themed Hydra/Satyr-like monster and one of Vrak's two personal Field Commanders.
Drill Horn was the final monster to be fought by the Super Mega Rangers and overall the final monster to be fought by the Megaforce Rangers as a whole.
History[]
Before Vrak joins Warstar, Drill Horn and Tresnag are assigned by Emperor Mavro to be his commanders.
During the time between The Invasion of Earth and Prince Vekar's death, Vrak hired Drill Horn and Tresnag to set up Earth's destruction with giant drills and have been transplanted with special implants that allow them to suck up energy.
After Prince Vekar had fallen, Vrak introduces them to the reprogrammed Robo Knight and then sends the Commanders alongside Vrak and Robo Knight to begin the master plan.
Tresnag and Drill Horn are summoned to protect Vrak from the Power Rangers until Dark Robo Knight is summoned and then defeats the Rangers but withdraw at Vrak's command.
As the Rangers find Vrak, Tresnag is sent to fight them until he is defeated so Vrak grows Tresnag into a giant and then he, Dark Robo Knight, and Drill Horn retreat. Drill Horn and his allies then begin to plan the final drill after Tresnag becomes the second drill.
Later on, whilst Troy fights Dark Robo Knight, Vrak sends in Drill Horn to keep the other Rangers from interfering. After a brief beat-down, Vrak makes Drill Horn into a giant with the Zombats and the Power Rangers fight him right before he voluntarily gets destroyed by the Gosei Ultimate Megazord's Ultimate Strike. However, Drill Horn has absorbed enough energy and uses it to become the third and final drill.
Legacy[]
After Drill Horn is made into the third drill, Vrak proceeds to insert the orbs that contained Orion's life force into each drill (including Drill Horn's) before the Rangers arrive to stop him. Before the drills can destroy the Earth, the Rangers kill Vrak which results in Drill Horn's drill and the other two drills to cease to exist. This is due to Vrak's chest armor which contained the master controls along with the life force of Orion being slashed.
Personality[]
Drill Horn, just like Tresnag, was completely loyal to Vrak without any questions but was brutish, strong, and slightly short tempered similar to Bluefur although he was also a bit of a silent type. His devotion was such that he cared more about fulfilling his duty than his own life, to the point that he rejoiced when taking the Gosei Ultimate Megazord's Ultimate Strike, knowing he would absorb enough energy for the third drill to appear and died calmly stating that his mission is complete.

Notes[]
- In Goseiger, Tresnag and Drill Horn were Headders (the counterparts to the Mega Rangers’ Mechazords) which is why they could combine with Vrak and become Gosei Great Megazord-like gauntlets.
- Drill Horn was the only Armada Field Commander to last two episodes.
- Redker doesn't count since he was a royal guard and not a monster.
- Drill Horn's name was shared, although not to be confused, with a Decepticon of the same name from the Japanese-exclusive Transformers: Victory.
- Ironically, Drill Horn's counterpart was not only a monster from Goseiger and not Gokaiger but also the final monster of that particular season.
