Dr. Iokal (Dr.イオカル Dr. Iokaru) is the main antagonist of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger vs. Kiramager vs. Senpaiger. He is a scientist from Kitsunetopia who creates Gears similar to Tojiru Gears.
History[]
A scientist from Kitsunetopia, he had recently joined the reformed Tojitendo Dynasty which is now led by Bokkowaus' illegitimate son, King Potdeus. He plans to use the Kanaema Stones in order to fulfill his wish to conquer the entire multiverse.
At some point prior to the movie itself, he had found the Kanaema Stone Illusia and had used his technological expertise to hook it up to a gadget that enables him to utilize the stone's abilities at his disposal such as disgusing himself as Princess Mabushina in order to trick several individuals to look for the other Kanaema Stones.
Not only that, at some point prior to the movie itself, he had also found both the Kanaema Stone Reversia and the Kanaema Stone Destoria. However, he had an off-screen encounter with the World Pirates which had led to Zocks and his siblings to successfully take the Kanaema Stone Destoria from him.
Unfortunately for him, the attracted aid of both Gokai Red and Lupin Red had made his nefarious scheme go awry which caused him, Beef Rib World and King Potdeus as well as all of their forces to engage the Zenkaigers and the Kiramagers along with their friends in a final battle. During the final battle itself, Dr Iokal had heartlessly revealed to King Potdeus that the Kikainoid in question was nothing but a figurehead that he had been manipulating to do his bidding because Potdeus had coincidentally looked like Bokkowaus himself which had, in turn, revealed Dr Iokal as the true mastermind behind the Tojitendo's reformation as he himself had told the Kikainoid himself of his false relation to Bokkowaus beforehand. As a result of this cruel act, King Potdeus had ran away from the fight crying while, at the same time, earning the wrath of a now angered Zenkaizer as he denounces the scientist in question as a coward.
Eventually, he was overpowered by both Zenkaizer and Twokaizer once they had transformed into Kirameki Zenkaizer and Kirameki Twokaizer as well as having both the Kanaema Stone Illusia and the Kanaema Stone Reversia taken from both him and Beef Rib World by Lupin Red. In the end, both he and Beef Rib World were destroyed by both of the Zenkaigers and the Kiramagers along with their supporting allies.
Post-mortem[]
Sometime later after his death, it was eventually revealed that during the events of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger vs. Kiramager vs. Senpaiger, Dr Iokal had used the gear technology that he had created in order to recapture a wide variety of parallel worlds and use said parallel worlds to create an army of Worlds who would work under him called the New World Army with a second incarnation of Kashiwa Mochi World being one of the aforementioned army's members. However, excluding Beef Rib World, the scientist in question was unable to deploy the rest of the Worlds that he had created before his eventual death with Kashiwa Mochi World subsequently acting on his own plans sometime after the scientist himself had been killed.

- Dr. Iokal is voiced by Shinnosuke Tachibana (立花 慎之介 Tachibana Shinnosuke), who previously voiced as Prince Kanata
in Go! Princess Pretty Cure and later voiced Mey Mey in Wonderful Pretty Cure!. - While disguised as Mabushina, he is voiced by Inori Minase (水瀬 いのり Minase Inori) who also voiced the real Mabushina and previously voiced Ciel Kirahoshi/Kirarin/Cure Parfait in KiraKira☆Pretty Cure A La Mode.

Etymology[]
- Iokal most likely is a distortion of the word Yokai a series of Japanese folklore creatures which his Kitsune motif is associated.

- Dr. Iokal’s face is a repainted version of the masks used by the Genin Supparage from Shuriken Sentai Ninninger.
- His sword is reused from Madakko's.
