Don Final: We Have Made True Bonds (えんができたな Enga Dekitana) is the fiftieth and final episode of Avataro Sentai Donbrothers. It is the conclusion of the Donbrothers' four-part endgame, featuring the only appearances of Transformed Sonona and Transformed Sonoya and the final appearances of Sonogo, Sonoroku, Sonoshi, Sonona, and Sonoya.
Synopsis[]
Taro visits his friends and asks them, "What do you think about joining the Donbrothers?" Haruka and the others sense something strange about Taro. According to Kaito, something happened to Taro who had just finished his work. Meanwhile, the executioner Sonona appears…
Plot[]
The episode starts off with Haruka and the rest of the Donbrothers appearing at an award for a manga. Though she says that Taro isn’t there…
At Taro’s job, his co-workers tell him about a customer who was wondering why Taro wasn't delivering. Taro doesn’t recall.
Haruka comes from her school and runs into Taro, he asks if she regrets being a Donbrother. Haruka claims that being a Donbrother helped her create better relationships with other people. Haruka tells him that she’s making a new manga based on the Donbrothers. Taro notes that no one will call her a plagiarist anymore but Haruka says that it doesn’t bother her anymore. Taro says that he likes that about her before leaving and apologizing. He visits Shinichi and asks the same question. Shinichi answers that he doesn’t regret it either and found the experience pretty educational. Taro understands and leaves again.
Meanwhile, Sonogo walks up to a hooded individual and asks her who the most beautiful woman in the world was. The individual takes off the cloak and it’s revealed to be Sonona, answering that it was her. Sonogo asks why she is here and Sonona makes it clear that she’s come to execute her. Sonoroku goes to another hooded individual to “help” them open a can of soda. After he crushes it, he rips off the hood of the person and sees that it’s Sonoya and realizes his mistake. Sonogo runs in fear of her demise but Sonona finds her and kills her, taking Sonogo’s powers in the process, same for Sonoya and Sonoroku.
Meanwhile, Tsubasa and Natsumi talk about whether he’s going to tell her about everything that has happened. Tsubasa doesn’t think she’ll believe it but she claims it doesn’t matter if she does or not because she breaks up with him and leaves. Taro shows up shortly after and asks who she was. Tsubasa goes on about how his life is a mess and it’s most likely cause he’s part of the Donbrothers. However, he finds it weird because he still wants to be with the team, if for anything then for the people who are in love. Shortly after, Murasame leaves Tsubasa. Taro then visits Tsuyoshi, accidentally scaring the man for walking in unannounced. Taro asks if he’s moving and Tsuyoshi says it’s not that bad because he’s part of the Donbrothers, noting that it’s his pride and still wants to save people, believing it’ll help save himself and fight for his own sake. Taro agrees and leaves.
Meanwhile, a wedding happens but Sonoshi arrives and sterilizes everyone. They are soon met by Sonona and Sonoya, who have come to execute them. Sonoshi pleads but sees nothing is coming out of it so they leave before they’re killed. Sonoya notes that Murasame should be around and summons him to kill Sonoshi. The Donbrothers go to Kaito for answers about Taro acting weird. He tells them that Taro’s memories are slowly but surely being reset. Taro meets Jin Momoi and has dinner with him before his memories are lost. Sonoi arrives and is also shocked by the information. Taro and Sonoi talk it over and Taro asks something from Sonoi. Meanwhile, Sonoshi runs to Sonoza and Sononi and asks for help but is slain by Sonoya. Everyone meets at the oden shop to eat, with Jiro asking why everyone is so depressed. Taro tells Jiro to take good care of things but Jiro thinks nothing of it. The Donbrothers all try talking to Taro and Sonoi reminds them of who they are and Taro gives them a compliment. Tsubasa tries to tell Taro that he wishes they had more time. Sonoi tries to remind Taro of who he is but Taro has started to forget about Sonoi too. Sonoi notices Sononi’s arrows and joins the fight between the Noto Executioners and Trio. As the Noto are fighting, the Donbrothers (except for Taro) join the fight. At the Cafe Donbura, Kaito hands Taro a manga of the Donbrothers and he starts to read it.
The fight between the Donbrothers and Executioners continues with Murasame joining the battle shortly after, though it’s no help since they get beat. A laugh arrives in the background as party of people arrives with Don Momotaro, he arrives and tells his companions to announce themselves, starting their roll call. Afterwards, Taro uses the Zanglass Sword to finish off Sonona and Sonoya before disappearing. Sometime afterwards, Tsubasa is still on the run with Sononi, Tsuyoshi is met by Natsumi, who asks if he’s interested in being with her, Shinichi says one more haiku before letting go of his scarf and finally, at the award ceremony, they are applauded. Haruka, writing her manga with Sonoza watching, has her door knocked. She walks up to the door and opens it. It was revealed to be Taro, who notes that they’ve made a bond…
