Don 31: Doggie Face Reveal (かおバレわんわん Kao Bare Wanwan) is the thirty-first episode of Avataro Sentai Donbrothers. It features the only appearance of Ryuji Inui, the temporary Inu Brother.
Synopsis[]
Jiro guesses that the identity of the mysterious Inu Brother is no other than Tsubasa Inuzuka, based on his scent. Tsuyoshi, who has met Tsubasa many times, denies it. Taro and the rest of the team used this opportunity to investigate Inu Brother's true identity. While this is happening, Tensouki appears. After the battle, Taro calls Inu Brother to Cafe Donbura.

In the episode recap, Tsubasa narrates that he has only met his comrades during battle and has never seen their faces. He wonders if finding out would be a good or bad thing or if he even wants to know.
The gang sans Tsubasa are enjoying eating cold noodles and sushi from a bamboo water slide, something Jiro suggested earlier. Shinichi admits that he might have been a little hard on Jiro and admits he is fun to be around. Taro notices that not all of them are present and wonders where “the dog” is. The others wonder who he is and Jiro has already figured out that it is Tsubasa based on his scent, as when he fed dog food to Inu Brother, Tsubasa gave off a similar scent sometime later. The team doesn’t believe him and denies that Tsubasa could be Inu Brother, Tsuyoshi says he has interacted with Tsubasa several times and would have noticed by now if he was a Ranger. Kaito silently smiles, indicating he knows the truth but won’t tell them. Taro decides that they must reveal the identity of Inu Brother and forms a plan…
On a rainy day, a human has become the Goseiger Hitotsuki, Tensouki, out of a desire to lose weight. He begins attacking civilians until the Donbrothers arrive, though Tsubasa is distracted with thoughts of finding out about “Natsumi” being Tsuyoshi’s wife and doesn’t hear Taro’s invitation to come and talk to the team at Cafe Donbura. Taro tries to snap him out of his daze during the fight but then Tensouki uses Gosei Blue’s Seaick Power to escape. The team is then teleported back to where they were before the fight.
After the rain stops, the team are still waiting at the cafe for Inu Brother,

- The bamboo contraption in the Café Donbura at the beginning of the episode is used to serve Nagashi Somen, a traditional ramen dish that is ice cold and served seasonally during the hot summer months. It is found in select restaurants in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Saitama.
- The episode’s title is somewhat of a deception, as none of the other Donbrothers learn of Tsubasa’s identity as Inu Brother until 13 episodes later, in Don 44.
- Shortly after the episode aired, Shinichi Shirakura put out an apology for the episode promo being deceptive to the audience. Ironically enough, 2 years later, the same type of deceptive would happen again during the marketing for Boonboomger's Bakuage 36: The Road to Dreams.
