Dino Minder (ダイノマインダー Daino Maindā): Abare Killer's transformation device that is similar to the Dino Braces, but was the original prototype. Mikoto received this and TopGaler's Blastasur Egg when observing the Abarangers' second battle, falling from the sky from the Anomalogaris just before the ship was destroyed by AbarenOh. Transformation call is the same as the others ("Bakuryuu Change!" (爆竜チェンジ! Bakuryū Chenji!)) and the Top Galer faceplate can be changed with another Blastasaur (namely Blastasaur Stegosraidon) that needs to talk to him. The Dino Minder is unstable and can blow up the entire city of Tokyo if left unchecked.
Though Wicked Life God Dezumozorlya's presence within him had kept the Dino Minder from exploding, once it is removed the Dino Minder was set to explode which led Mikoto and Top Galer to sacrifice themselves in space so the Dino Minder wouldn't endanger anyone.
