Dino Minder (ダイノマインダー Daino Maindā): Abare Killer's transformation device that is similar to the Dino Braces, but was the original prototype. During its development, it was designed for a warrior to match the power of the Evolians on its own. However, it was unstable due to the internal compact energy amplification core which could potentially blow up the entire city of Tokyo if left unchecked. Mikoto received this and TopGaler's Bakuryu Egg when observing the Abarangers' second battle, falling from the sky from the Anomalogaris just before the ship was destroyed by AbarenOh. Transformation call is the same as the others ("Bakuryu Change!" (爆竜チェンジ! Bakuryū Chenji!)) and the TopGaler faceplate can be changed with another Bakuryu (namely Bakuryu Stegoslidon) that needs to talk to him. He can use it to absorb other being's energy to become stronger.
Though Wicked Life God Dezumozorlya's presence within him had kept the Dino Minder from exploding, once it is removed the Dino Minder was set to explode which led Mikoto and Top Galer to sacrifice themselves in space so the Dino Minder wouldn't endanger anyone. 
TV STORY-Ep. 48: The Final Abare Game
In Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, it was shown that Mikoto can safely use the Dino Minder in the afterlife and become AbareKiller again without any fear of it exploding, using his powers to fight in the Great Legend War and to assist DragonRanger and TimeFire in giving Gai Ikari his powers.
At the climax of the Legend War, the Dino Minder was made redundant when AbareKiller sacrificed his powers with the rest of the first 34 Super Sentai to destroy the invasion force of the Space Empire Zangyack. Resurfacing a Ranger Key, the power of AbareKiller would be used by the Gokaigers to assume the form via the Gokai Change. However, as a spirit, AbareKiller was still able to freely transform in the afterlife. Ultimately, the Gokaigers returned their borrowed powers to their rightful owners after overthrowing Zangyack.
