Dino Commander & Dino Harp (ダイノコマンダー＆ダイノハープ Daino Komandā ando Daino Hāpu): AbareBlack's transformation brace resembling a Brachiosaurus head, it is gold and black with red buttons. The harp is much like a harmonica. Is activated by placing the Dino Harp key into the Dino Commander and calling out "Bakuryu Change!" (爆竜チェンジ! Bakuryū Chenji!) same as the other Abarangers to achieve the transformation. After the Dino Harp key was broken in episode 1, Asuka was unable to transform with this device and this is probably what causes a fight between Asuka and Brachio. Eventually the fire jade from Bakuryu Bachycelonagurus' egg in episode 7 restored the key, allowing for Asuka to become AbareBlack once again. Like the other henshin devices of Abarangers, it can communicate with the Bakuryu including having the face plate of another Bakuryu appearing over Brachio when they need to speak to Asuka.
During the time when Asuka was possessed by the Armor of Darkness, the Dino Harp fell into the possession of AbareKiller, and was later recovered from him by the other Abarangers. 
TV STORY-Ep. 33: Don't Forget the Abare Warrior Later Ranru used it to help bring Asuka back to his senses at Bakuryu Dimenokodon's suggestion when they went to confront him, though it only worked briefly. TV STORY-Ep. 40: Behead the Abare Armor! Once Asuka was freed from the armor, the Dino Harp was returned to him.
At the climax of the Legend War, the Dino Commander & Harp were made redundant when AbareBlack sacrificed his powers with the rest of the first 34 Super Sentai to destroy the invasion force of the Space Empire Zangyack. Resurfacing a Ranger Key, the power of AbareBlack would be used by the Gokaigers to assume the form via the Gokai Change. Ultimately, the Gokaigers returned their borrowed powers to their rightful owners after overthrowing Zangyack.

- The Dino Commander is the first DX toy to feature voice lines. When the Dino Harp is inserted while an alternate faceplate is attached, the voice of Bakuryu Brachiosaurus will state “Come forth, Bakuryu (name of Bakuryu)!”
