Debo Royaroya (デーボ・ローヤローヤ Dēbo Rōyarōya) is a Debo Monster themed after a prison.
History[]
Debo Royaroya was created to serve Dogold in making humans angry. Able to use his Chain Roya to capture humans, Royaroya targets martial artists and athletes before targeting the Rippukan family. He later managed to capture Souji's father, with King following suit, but both were free from their containment thanks to a resolved Souji.
After being put down by a Electro-Beast Brave Slash from Kyoryu Green and a Gabutyra + Gabutyra Electro-Beast Brave Finish from Kyoryu Red, Debo Royaroya was revitalised and enlarged by Luckyuro, but was finally defeated with Kyoryuzin Stegochi-Zakutor's Kyoryuzin Brave Finish.
During the Deboth Hell incident, Debo Royaroya was part of a group of Debo Monsters that were seen in Deboth Hell attacking the Knights (With Royaroya attacking Aigaron alongside Debo Peshango & Debo Tangosekku).
Royaroya's spirit was released into the real world. upon landing in the park with Kokodoko and Yakigonte, Debo Royaroya began to absorb objects to gain his corporeal body, once corporeal Royaroya along with Kokodoko and Yakigonte prepared to attack the city but were stopped by the Kyoryugers and charged at the Kyoryugers but the Monster Trio were destroyed quickly (With Debo Royaroya destroyed by Daigo using the Iron-Clashing Fist attack).

- People Trapping: Debo Royaroya can use the box cage on his left shoulder to trap anyone caught by his cages.
- People Releasing: Debo Royaroya can release anyone he traps by first sending them out as balls of blue energy which eventually turns back into whoever they were.
- Zorima Summoning: Like other members of the Deboth Army, Debo Royaroya can summon Zorima's to fight for him.
- Object Absorption: When revived as a ghost, Debo Royaroya could absorb objects into his body to regain his corporeal body and personality.

- Hand Bolts: Debo Royaroya can shoot blue lightning bolts from out of his hands.

- Debo Royaroya was designed by character designer K-SuKe, who worked on the majority of the Deboth Army for Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.
- Debo Royaroya's design incorporates a prison, his body based on different types of cages, his head possesses a prison guard's hat, his right shoulder is based on a prison watch tower, and his legs are based on a prisoner's pants.
