Debo Doronbosu (デーボ・ドロンボス, Dēbo Doronbosu, 4) is a thieving crow and bank vault themed Debo Monster and one of the first few modern Debo Monsters to appear.

History[]

Debo Doronbosu is one of the first modern Debo Monster to be created, created to serve Sorrowful Knight Aigaron in order to deprive humans of their favorite things to make them sad. He is seen to be active at least before the series begin, joining Aigoron in his first attack on Europe and later given his invisibility cloak as he become Aigoron's favorite Debo Monster. Kyoryuger[]

He would later go on a mission to make everyone sad by stealing their things which later cause him to be noticed by Ian who mistook him as Aigoron. After a few tussle, Doronbosu would made Ian suffer a trigger when he grabbed Daigo in the same grapple that Aigaron did with Shiro Mifune though he is overpowered and forced to flee. He would continue his stealing spree and even planning to steal the dome a painter painting a scene to when the Kyoryuger intervenes though he flee when Ian failed to attack him with the Kentrospiker Zyudenchi. He would reenact his plan only to fail and force to fight against the Kyoryugers. When he try to do the same thing that trigger Ian, Ian overcome this and able to rescue Daigo from his grasp. He would later be badly beaten by them and killed with the now united and resolved Kyoryugers' Kentrospiker (which also destroyed Aigaron's cloak). He is later enlarged to face against Kyoryuzin Western, and lost horribly to the mecha who finished him with the Western Brave Finish, killing him and releasing all the things he had stolen. Legacy[]

Aigaron would later mourn for the death of Debo Doronbosu and his cloak's destruction though try to cheer himself up with the same thing that he stole from Shiro. TV STORY-Brave 4: Missed Shot! The Gaburivolver of Courage

Later on, Luckyuro and Aigaron's confusion as to which Debo Monster to recreate resulted in the creation of a hybrid of Debo Doronbosu and Debo Zaihon called Debo Zaihodoron. TV STORY-Brave 30: Hand it Over! The Guardians’ Fragment

Personality[]

Debo Doronbosu is a flamboyant and pragmatic Debo Monster, prideful to his skills as a phantom thief and being favored by Aigaron presumably due to their interest on stealing. A bit of a kleptomaniac, he would use his skills with grace. He is also quite cool headed, enthusiastically and politely ask a busy painter about what would make him sad.

Agility: Debo Doronbosu is quite agile with his movement
Combat Prowess: Debo Doronbosu can go on hand to hand with the Kyoryugers thanks to his cloak and agility.
Stealing Prowess: Debo Doronbosu with his arsenals and skill, is a very skillful thief.

Weaknesses[]

Cloak Limitation: Debo Doronbosu's cloak has a limit on how strong an attack that it shield. When the cloak broke down, it causes Debo Doronbosu to be more vulnerable from attacks.

Arsenal[]

Aigaron's Invincibility Cloak (アイガロンの無敵マント, Aigaron no muteki manto): Debo Doronbosu came to possess Aigoron's cloak thanks to his . Just as the name state, it is a cloak which allows to shield the user from incoming attacks, as long as the cloak covers the body and he can see the incoming attacks. The cloak can also manifest deadly tendrils that can use to pierce anyone. Despite that, the cloak has its limits
Bick Bank (ビックバンク, Bikku Bank): Debo Doronbosu has a chest vault that can hold an infinite amount of things no matter how big it is. The way it is shown to work is that once open, the chest vault would suck the targeted object.
Striking Feathers (アタレ羽根, Atare hane): Debo Doronbosu can use his feathers to attack his opponents in long range.

Debo Doronbosu was voiced by Tetsu Shiratori while his suit actor was Keizo Yabe.

Design[]

Debo Doronbosu was designed by character designer K-SuKe, who worked on the majority of the Deboth Army for Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.
His design is a combination of a phantom thief in a black cloak and a crow's nest with stolen jewels. His design elements alongside a phantom thief, a crow and jewelry, would also include a bank vault/safe.

Debo Doronbosu's name is a combination of "thief" (泥棒, Dorobō) and "crow" (烏, Karasu).
