"Us? We’re the Deathgalien. And starting today, this planet is a stage for our game. A Blood Game."
Jagged introducing the Deathgalien after Yamato Kazakiri demanded to know who he was.[src]

The Space Outlaws Deathgalien (宇宙の無法者デスガリアン Uchū no Muhōmono Desugarian) are a gang of alien rogues who hunt across space under their 'owner', Ginis. Their goal is to destroy planets for fun and cause mass chaos for their own amusement.

History[]

Origin[]

The Deathgaliens are evil outlaws from outer space that have destroyed numerous planets in their deadly "Blood Game". Having already destroyed 99 planets, the group decides to have Earth as their 100th planet for their game.

Arriving on Earth[]

The Deathgaliens arrive on Earth in the Sagittari Ark just as Yamato Kazakiri arrives in Zyuland and meets the Zyumans. Naria announces their arrival to Ginis who is pleased and Jagged is so happy that he flips over a tray of food which upsets Quval and Azald has to calm him. Ginis sends Jagged down to Earth in order to test the defences of Earth. As Yamato is arrested by Leo for seemingly stealing a key to the Link Cube, Jagged arrives on Earth via a Triangular and uses a special coin to summon an army of footsoldiers named Moeba to aid him in destroying the planet.  He then opens fire on the forest and starts obliterating the forest, setting it alight and causing the tour group to flee. Jagged soon finds a young boy named Kieta and prepares to obliterate him because of the laws of natural selection, firing a fireball but Yamato has returned from Zyuland and tackles Kieta out of the way. Yamato then demands to know what he is and Jagged introduces the Deathgalien and reveals their goal of having a Blood Game on Earth before trying and failing multiple times to incinerate Yamato and Kieta but they run past the blasts. Unfortunately, many more strike the Link Cube and destroy it.

However, as Jagged turns to leave, a shout from Leo makes him stop and he watches on as the keys to the Link Cube become Zyuoh Changers and the four Zyumans (Leo the Lion Zyuman, Sela the Shark Zyuman, Tusk the Elephant Zyuman and Amu the Tiger Zyuman) become the Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger. Jagged is not intimidated and sends in his Moebas to wipe them out but the Zyuohgers make short work of them with their Instincts Awakened forms. Jagged is impressed as the Zyuohgers pull out their Zyuoh Busters in sword mode and is overwhelmed and then shot but flees. The Zyuohgers give chase but are led into a trap when they are ambushed by Flying Moebas who keep them distracted for long enough for Jagged to take them down with a single fireball. Yamato runs in from the sidelines to try and turn the tide and narrowly makes a fireball miss Amu but he is soon beaten down and thrown to his allies. Unfortunately for Jagged, Yamato’s determination to help his new friends  and save nature transforms his key cube into the fifth Zyuoh Changer. As Jagged fires to finish him off, a forefield shields him from the blasts which allows him to become Zyuoh Eagle. Utilizing his wings in his Instincts Awakened form, Yamato makes short work of the Moebas which amuses Jagged as he tries to blast Yamato out of the sky but he dodges all of them and summons his Eagle Riser. With it, he easily delivers a beatdown with several energy slashes onto to get booted backwards and save himself by using his Eagle Riser’s extender function to wrap around a tree. Landing on the ground, Yamato quickly uses it to lash around Jagged like a whip before multi kicking him back and wrapping him up with his Eagle Riser. Pulling it off of Jagged’s body results in the Riser Spinning Slash which kills Jagged who can only express shock at his death before being blown apart in an explosion of tree sap.

On the Sagittari Ark, Ginis is fascinated by the Zyuohgers and orders Naria to revive Jagged with a Continue Medal. She does so, placing the Continue Medal on Jagged’s corpse who then enlarges and thanks her but the Zyuohgers then receive access to their Zyuoh Cubes. Using their Cubes, they summon Cube Eagle, Cube Lion, Cube Shark. Cube Lion, Cube Elephant and Cube Tiger. The Deathgalien summon an armada of Triangulars as  Cube Elephant puts out the forest fire. Jagged tries to take the chance to obliterate it but Cube Shark and Cube Tiger slam him on both sides to prevent him from obliterating Tusk. As the other Cubes deal with the Triangulars, Cube Eagle rapid blasts Jagged with its lasers and rolls through his counterattacks before drilling him backwards through a mountain. With Jagged down for the count, the Zyuohgers form Zyuoh King from Cubes Eagle, Shark, and Lion which walks straight through Jaggad’s fire blasts. It then slashes him multiple times with the King Sword before shrugging off a point-blank shot to the gut as Cube Elephant and Cube Tiger blast Jagged as well. They then finish off Jagged with the Zyuoh Slash, leaving him only time to call out to his master before collapsing onto his face and exploding.

With Jagged’s death, the Deathgaliens realize that the Earth is a worthy battleground and opt to stick around to continue their game. Unfortunately, Jagged’s destruction of the Link Cube strands the Zyuohgers on Earth and leaves them unable to return to Zyuland. Tvicon TV STORY-Ep. 1: The Exciting Animal Land

Following the fall of Jagged, the first Player to arrive on Earth was Team Azald's Halbergoi, who wreaked destruction with his Yarisugisspears. That onslaught too was defeated by the Zyuohgers. Tvicon TV STORY-Ep. 2: Don’t Underestimate this Planet

Several days later, Azald sent another Player, Bowguns, who proceeded to make a sport of attacking human vehicles on the motorway with his Gunsbow. He was ultimately defeated when Zyuoh Eagle used his enhanced sight to outmatch Bowguns' quick marksmanship, subsequently destroying him with the Kirin Bazooka. Amigard is the first of Quval's Players to be sent to Earth although he was the third Player deployed overall in actuality due to Quval's nature of taking insanely long to plot). His Blood Game (which he dubs the Battle Show) is to kidnap two people that are close to each other and force them to fight. The loser is ejected into space, causing the winner to feel regret which would entertain Ginis and allow Quval to win the competition between him and Azald. Amigard is first seen at night by Tokyo's Sumida River capturing two buskers, two women taking a selfie and two friends bonding. The next morning, Amigard and some Moebas initiate the Battle Show and keep the victims from escaping using forcefield projectors that fry any wannabe escapists. One man tries this as Amigard introduces the stakes of his game and gets thrown back in immediately before being forced to fight his friend who quickly gains the upper-hand and knocks out his friend. As the winner is led out of the ring by a Moeba, Amigard transforms Yuuji into a barrel to continue his plans but Sela, Leo and Amu (having been on a shopping spree nearby) have been alerted to the Deathgalien presence by thier Zyuman instincts and henshin.Amigard sends in his Moebas but Leo gets through the swarm and takes on the Player as Amu and Sela fight his henchmen before freeing his prisoners. However, Amigard defeats Leo and tries to restrain Amu with a net only for Leo and Sena to be captured instead and Amu to be forced into retreat by the Moebas. Satisfied with his haul, Amigard leaves the Moebas to thier fates and teleports himself and the two captives away. Much later, Sela and Leo awaken in a boxing ring with Amigard in the audience having taken thier Zyuoh Changers. When they try and fail to escape the ring due to a forcefield, Amigard reveals his stakes as usual which Leo accepts and AMigard begins the fight but Sela soon talks reason into Leo who is still bitter about his defeat in a past karate tournament. Annoyed, Amigard fries them and threatens to transform both of them into barrels if they refuse to fight and they fight earnestly this time with the fight coming to a draw (though Sela having drawn blood).

Fortunately, before they can knock each other out, Amu returns with Yamato and Tusk (the two having remained behind at the Atelier Mori or the shopping spree and thus having not been in the earlier fight) and get thier comrades to stop fighting. The three henshin and cut down the Moebas before Amu and Tusk use thier Zyuoh Busters Gun Mode to destroy the forcefield generator and ring before Yamato tries and fails to hit Amigard with his EagRiser though it allows him to retrieve the two Zyuoh Changers. As it turns out, Tusk tracked Leo's scent there via a sock and the team regroups with the two former captives morphing as the team do thier roll call. Amigard is unimpressed and summons more Moebas which effectively makes himself a member of the Battle Show. Taking the fight outside, Sela and Leo fight Amigard as the other Zyuohgers decimate the Moebas. Getting nowhere with his bare hands, Amigard pulls out his axe and fires off energy slashes at Leo and Sela but they dodge all of the shots and Amigard then tries fighting them directly. Seemingly getting an edge on Leo, Amigard tries to bisect him but he blocks the axe mid-swing and throws it up before delivering a devastating energy slash to the Player and then mauliung him. Picking Amigard clean up off the ground, Leo leaves him open enough for Sela to enter her Instinct Awakened form and wipe him out with a devastating spin attack when Leo tosses Amigard into the air. Down and critically injured, Amu, Tusk and Yamato perform the Zyuoh Shoot before Sela and Leo perform the Zyuoh Slash which obliterates Amigard.

However, Quval insists that Amigard has a second chance and tells Naria to enlarge Amigard and she obeys. She teleports down and enlarges Amigard by placing a Continue Medal on his corpse, enlarging the Player who thanks her as he bursts through a rooftop. The Zyuohgers summon thier Zyuoh Cubes and form Zyuoh King. Amigard is happy to see another potential player in his Battle Show and quickly delivers a swift beating to Zyuoh King. Even when Cube Elephant and Cube Tiger try to intervene, he just blocks thier attacks with his axe and blasts them to a standstill. With the Cubes disabled, he nets them up and they are forced into thier Cube forms but Yamato summons Cube Kirin which absorbs the net and sets the Cubes free. They then form ZyuohKing Kirin Bazooka and finish off Amigard with the Zyuoh Shot. Tvicon TV STORY-Ep. 4: Howl in the Ring

Serving as a member of Team Azald, Gaburio is sent down with an army of Triangulars to cause havoc. Yamato and Tusk are enjoying some down time when they spot the armada whilst Gaburio (within a Triangular) arrogantly claims that Earth is doomed simply by his presence. However, the Zyuohgers swiftly arrive in thier Zyuoh Cubes and form Zyuoh King. Gaburio is frustrated at thier amazingly quick response time and orders the attack but Zyuoh King, Cube Elephant and Cube Tiger quickly quickly decimate the army, Yamato then summons Cube Kirin and they form ZyuohKing Kirin Bazooka just as Gaburio takes control of his Triangular from the Moeba piloting it. As he does so however, the Zyuohgers obliterate his fleet with the Zyuoh Shot which forces him to abandon shio and, although Gaburio survives the fall, he is left stuck head first in the dirt. The Zyuohgers pursue but completely miss his very obvious legs and then completely forget about him after meeting Larry the Gorilla Zyuman.

Azald is openly mocked for his uselessness by Quval and goes looking for Gaburio in the forest where he fell. However, the Zyuohgers (sans Yamato who is busy trying to convince Larry the Gorilla Zyuman not to be so violent) are soon alerted to his presence by thier Zyuman]] instincts and confront Azald who is initially unaware of thier presence until Tusk is unable to recognize him. Having better things to do than fight, and not having started a Blood Game yet, Azald tells them to go away before leaving to find Gaburio but they henshin and unload on him with thier Zyuoh Busters. However, the blasts bounce right off of Azald's armor so they switch to Zyuoh Buster Sword Mode and fight Azald but all of the strikes bounce off of him and he knocks them all down with a shock-wave attack. He reminds them to just go away but Yamato arrives and Azald introduces himself with the Zyuohgers being surprised to learn of his status in the Deathgalien. Even so, Yamato henshins and the team does thier roll call and Azald finally accepts thier challenge as they change into thier Instinct Awakened forms and Yamato tries to drill straight through Azald just to be stopped by the armor and then thrown away. Though Tusk and Amu are then able to strike him with thier energy attacks, he grabs Sela in the midst of her spin attack and tosses her away before Tusk tries his patented stomp attack but Azald remains standing and energy whips them all down. As he again fights Yamato, he expresses surprise at a human using the same powers as Zyumans even as he beats down the other four team-members and bats them all away through the air. When he recovers, he devastates them all with an energy slash so powerful that they are all de-morphed and badly injured. Enraged, Yamato equips his EagRiser and takes on Azald but is beaten down so tries to fly up only to be grabbed by the leg and slammed back down before beating beating him enough to de-morph. Deciding to wrap things up, Azald sends Yamato over the cliff to his apparent death with an energy slash across the ground before going down to make sure he finished the job. However, by the time he gets down there, Larry has revived Yamato with his Zyuoh Changer so Azald decides to finish him entirely. However, Yamato manages to block his sword after he henshins and throw away Azald entirely before using the special new power from Larry to become Zyuoh Gorilla. Azald is confident in his victory but Yamato disarms and lays a beat-down on him before getting punched down and overwhelmed. He quickly locks arms with Yamato but the latter literally bends over backwards onto the floor to flip Azald over his head and slam him down. As Azald recovers, Yamato blows him away with a shock-wave which pins him against a tree before getting punched far away for about two miles. Recovering, Azald matches Yamato punch for punch for Yamato's is more powerful and breaks Azald's arm before being sent flying by a devastating uppercut. Mortally wounded, Azald admits he is impressed with Yamato before exploding just after Yamato gives his catchphrase. Mysteriously though, Ginis informs Naria that they need not use a Continue Medal this time much to her and Quval]'s immense surprise.Tvicon TV STORY-Ep. 5: King of the Jungle

After his death, multiple pieces of Azald remain on the battlefield but suddenly fuse back together into Azald who then finds and rescues Gaburio off-screen and sends him to eat Tokyo. Gaburio then goes to Tokyo and begins his Blood Game properly which involves eating clean through buildings like one would a sandwich. Finishing up a building in less than ten seconds, Gaburino goes to get seconds only to be found by the Zyuohgers who are surprised at his survival since they assumed he plunged to his death. However, since his Player is now free, he decides to leave him to it and returns to the Sagittari Ark where he is welcomed like a hero and even Ginis is pleased. Happy at being trusted by his master to finish things, Gaburio leaves to continue eating so the Zyuohgers henshin and attack but thier attacks are useless against Gaburio's thick skin so he returns to munching through buildings before zipping away further into the city. Though the Zyuohgers want to pursue him, they have to rescue a child from his latest meal and thus have to let Gaburio escape. The next day, Gaburio returns and has a multi-choice meal due to being surrounded by skyscrapers though he soon decides on which and jumps over to it only to be shot to the ground. Once again, the Zyuohgers (sans Yamato who is helping Larry who is ageing rapidly due to giving his power to Yamato to become Zyuoh Gorilla) appear and do battle with Gaburio. Frustrated that he can't have a meal in peace, Gaburio summons Moebas and sends them in only to decide that the Zyuoh Busters look delicious and quickly eats them all before blasting down and de-morpnhing the four of them with his Moebas. Gaburio then tries to eat them as well but Yamato arrives and blasts him down onto his Zyuoh Buster as he has decided to use the power for good before he and his team henshin and do thier roll call only Yamato has become Zyuoh Gorilla. Gaburio sends in his Moebas but Zyuoh Gorilla annihilates them as his team assume thier Instinct Awakened forms and maul him so he fires back but misses all of them. Swinging in on a vine, Zyuoh Gorilla punches him into a lamppost which bounces him back and then he plays a demented version of juggling with Gaburio and then dislocates his jaw entirely before punching him away with devastating force. Adopting a pose similar to the Beast General Fighters, the Zyuohgers finish off Gaburio with the Gorilla Super Punch launched from Yamato's Zyuoh Buster which crushes him under its giant fist.

However, Azald asks Naria to enlarge Gaburio and give him a second chance so she agrees. She teleports down and enlarges Gaburio by placing a Continue Medal on his corpse, enlarging the Player who thanks her. Luckily, Yamato's new power set has unlocked a new Zyuoh Cube; Cube Gorilla. Gaburia is not worried by the new mecha but is bombarded by cubes in its Cube Drop and then fires on the Cube but it avoids it using a swing line and smacks through the Player twice before blasting him and then ramming into Gaburio's mouth hard enough to dislocate it again. Once Cube Gorilla picks up and throws Gaburio down, Larry sends Amu and Tusk in to aid Yamato and they summon Cube Tiger and Cube Elephant and the two fuse with the new Cube to form the new ZyuohWild. Gaburio has set his jaw back in and charges, managing to eat its Wild Cannon but they deliver a beat-down strong enough to take him down before finishing off Gaburio with the Wild Rocket Knuckle. Acting on his own, Quval, using a specially created syringe, reduced Amu to her basic essence which he instilled into a Moeba, thus converting her into his Tiger Moeba servant, which Cubaru intended to be the first of a new army starting with the rest of the Zyuohgers. However, Amu was able to resist his control, allowing Tusk to free and restore her before destroying the syringe. Meanwhile, the appearance of the ShockerIcon-crosswiki cyborg monster ShiomanekingIcon-crosswiki, who attacked the other three Zyuohgers, was regarded by Ginis as an interesting addition to the Blood Game, having Nalia provide him with a Continue after he was defeated by the Zyuohger trio with the help of Kamen Rider GhostIcon-crosswiki.
