Danger Cabinet-Director Chirakasonne (危官房長官チラカソーネ, Kikanbō Chōkan Chirakasōne, 47) is Crime Minister Yogoshimacritein's right-hand man in bulky armor. He destroyed the three Braneworlds with Cleaning Minister Kireizky. He is a user of kenpō named Heaven and Earth Litter Constitution (天地羅苛死憲法, Tenchirakashi Kenpō) and his trademark attack is the Heaven and Earth Reversal (天地逆転, Tenchi Gyakuten), ingesting the energy attack of a opponent and reflecting back. His other attack, Heaven and Earth Futility (天地無用, Tenchi Muyō), produces a shockwave that levels buildings to the ground. Once the Go-ongers found a means to counter his signature move, Chirakasonne ingests Dokkirium and defeats both Engine Gattai Engine-O and Engine Gattai SeiKuu-O easily. But Engine Gattai GunBir-O turns the tables and overloads Chirakasonne with its attack. His name is from the Japanese word for "to litter" (散らかす, chirakasu).

He is revived and summoned as a member of the Black Cross Army in the giant battle during the events of Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle. He is defeated by the combined efforts of Abarenoh, Galaxy Mega, and Daizyujin.
