Daidarabotchi [Citation needed]from 23 April 2023 (UTC), or Daidara Botch[1] (ダイダラボッチ 50) is a burly yeti-like Youkai, who is also the younger brother of Daimaou. He briefly disguised himself as an innkeeper alongside his older sister, Yama-uba. He was eventually destroyed by a combination of Super Kakure Daishogun, Muteki Shogun, and SamuraiMan.
History[]
Though unseen, Daidarabotchi's spirit presumably emerged within the Seal Door along with all the other defeated Youkai, after their master Daimaou was finally contained there by the Kakurangers. Reeling that they were now powerless in captivity, the Youkai all vowed that they would one day be reborn and regain their power, cursing humanity.

Portrayal[]
- Daidarabotchi is voiced by Hisao Egawa (江川 央生 Egawa Hisao) in his very first Super Sentai role. His human form was portrayed by Teruo Shimizu (清水照夫 Shimizu Teruo)
Design[]
- Daidarabotchi, like most of the Kakuranger Yokai, is a modernization of an ancient gigantic Yokai whose footprints were said to create lakes and pose as a mountain range while asleep. In Daidarabotchi's case, his design features elements of a globe.

Etymology[]
- Daidarabotchi is named after the giant youkai of the same name.
Notes[]
- Though Daidarabotchi was not adapted into Mighty Morphin Power Rangers or Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers, his costume was used in Countdown to Destruction as a monster seen in Divatox's army. This monster was nicknamed "Bonker" by fans.
