The Crystal Eyes are a mystical objects that imprisoned the Phantom Beast Generals. There are eight Crystal Eyes altogether in which five were found by Dr. Silva Jennings. Three which Jellica revives and the rest of the five were given by Dr. Jennings to the Power Rangers allow's them to have the permission to have custody,possesion,and safe keeping over them from now on.
