Cristina Danielle Valenzuela, or known by her stage name Cristina Vee is an American actress and voice actress best known for her roles in anime, video games, and animated shows such as Sailor Mars in Sailor Moon, Homura Akemi in Madoka Magica, Mio Akiyama inK-On!, Killua in Hunter x Hunter, Hawk in The Seven Deadly Sins Megumi Yakushiji in 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, both Bennet and Xingqiu in Genshin Impact, Velvet Crowe in Tales Of Berseria and Tales Of Zesteria The X, Noel Vermillion, Nu-13, Lambda-11, Mu-12 and Saya in BlazBlue Series, Kotori Minami in Love Live!, both Shantae and Risky Boots in Shantae Series, Robyn Hill in RWBY and Marinette Dupain-Cheng / Ladybug in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.
As an actress, Vee portrayed Vesper Vasquez/Black Hyperforce Ranger in the Twitch RPG Power Rangers HyperForce.
Bio[]
Vee was born in Los Angeles where in her childhood, she wanted to become a voice actress after watching Sailor Moon. Being an attendee of Anime Expo for several years, she participated in a AX idol-voiceover contest and was scouted by voice actress Wendee Lee to audition at Bang Zoom! Entertainment. After graduating from Cal State Long Beach in 2007 with a theater degree, she went into full-time voice acting by 2008.
Personal life[]
- Vee was engaged to musician and online personality Nathan Sharp for seven months in 2018.[1][2]. On January 13, 2022, Vee announced her engagement.[3]
