Cosmic Kenpō Master Pachacamac I (宇宙拳法の使い手パチャカマック１世), was the creator of the Cosmic Kenpō martial arts style, a master of the Cosmic Kenpō who once battled Fierce Beast Rhinoceros Fist style Master Bruce Ee in a 200-day long battle. However, Bruce Ee barely winning and gaining Pachacamac's respect in the form of two jewels that together could reveal the secret moves of Cosmic Kenpō.
Legacy[]
His descant, Pachamac XVII steal the red jewel from SCRTC and while he goes after the blue jewel from Confrontation Beast Hall, receiving additional aid from Rio and Mele, who he later put under his control once he gains his ancestor's full power.
