Copyotter is a sea otter/green pepper/photocopier monster. He appears in the episode "Copy That".
Character History
He has the ability to copy a Power Ranger's weapons, fighting abilities or even their voice. Copyotter copies the White Ranger's Drago Sword, so Zeltrax can frame him.
