Villains live in a dojo, just like the rangers. Villains are based on the remains of Galaxy Warriors ship until being repaired by Sledge's crew. The Rangers are still based out of the school's automotive department.
Ariake no Kata did not originate from the Deboth Army from Kyoryuger.  Badonna was originally one of Sledge's prisoners before joining Madame Odius as her subordinate and her second in command.
Kyuemon Izayoi never led the Kiboni Army Corps and was a lower rank than Ariake no Kata. Madame Odious took over as producer of Galaxy Warriors in place of the deceased Galvanax, with Badonna as her subordinate and her second in command.
OtomoNin Surfermaru was based off UFOmaru; the Nin Shuriken appeared specifically to Kinji and debuted before Ariake no Kata was unsealed. The Sub Surfer Zord originated as a drone intended to find a giant fish and created by Hayley's father, a marine biologist; it became a Zord after the associated Ninja Power Star connected to it, and debuted a few episodes after Badonna.
Substitution Ninja Mujina appeared in the same episode as Karakuri Kyuubi. He is the only Kibaoni Ninja to last 2 episodes. Wolvermean debuted 3 episodes before the Foxatron and is the only Galactic Ninja to Survive a Megazord fight before the fight of Foxatron against Megazords.
The Izayoi Way Ninja Army Corps are a group of MOTW who appear one episode at time with Mujina being an exception to last one episode ahead. The Galactic Ninjas are a foil to the Ninja Steel Rangers that kickstart an arc. Each of the Galactic Ninja last more episodes than their sentai counterparts ever did.

Succeeded by the technology-themed Power Rangers Beast Morphers, an adaptation of Tokumei Sentai Gobusters, the 36th season of Super Sentai, which had aired 3 years before Ninninger.
