Differences

Puppetloid Controlatron
Appeared in the 34th episode. Appeared in the 6th episode of the 2nd season and the 28th overall.
Spoke in an annoying high pitched voice. Spoke in a voice identical to Needletron and by extension Needledrone from the previous season (since both share the same voice actor).
Indirectly created from one of the Messiah Metaloid Cards without Enter's involvement. Directly created by Scrozzle.
Created from Masato Jin's puppet that he was was using to entertain preschoolers. Created from a puppet Scrozzle personally crafted, not one from Nate.
Created in a school, not Hyper Space. Created in the Crystal Dimension.
Had two handpuppets. Had one puppet.
Member of the Messiah Metaloids, the second Metaloid of this calibre with the first being Sunadokeiloid. No special type of Robotron and no relation to Digitron.
First words were spoken when confronting the Go-Busters. First words were spoken immediately after being created.
First words were him introducing himself and his puppet to the Go-Busters. First words were him saying that he was ready to "perform" and asking how to start.
Forced Masato Jin under his control in order to collect data on the Go-Busters. Forced Nate under his control so that he could create a virus to take control of the Beast-X King Zord.
Took control of Masato by taking over the class teacher and having him restrain her so that he could take control of him instead. Took control of Nate through Blaze shipping his controller puppet to Nate and then him looking into it's eyes.
Its right leg has the power of Messiah in it, empowering Puppetloid with powerful energy slashers. His bright red leg can fire red energy slashes but this had nothing to do with Evox. Never demonstrated significant superhuman abilities aside from that.
No involvement with LT-06 turning evil in the next episode. Scheme directly led into the following episode.
Puppetloid's puppet was destroyed by Cheeda Nick restraining the monster whilst Hiromu threw forth his Sougan Blade to shatter it. Cruise had no involvement in the undoing of Controladrone with Devon deciding to smash it with his Beast-X Saber out of the blue.
Final words were spoken after Hiromu destroyed his puppet and morphed into his Power Custom armor before firing forth his energy slashes. Final words were spoken whilst falling over to explode.
Final words was him damning Hiromu and swearing revenge for his destroyed puppet. Final words were him moaning that he just wanted to entertain them.
Scheme was an outright failure. Thought the data he collected was stored in Messiah Card 13. Scheme technically succeeded but eventually failed when his program was undone by Nate and his Beast-X King Ultra Bow.
MegaZord counterpart had no special distinction. Gigadrone counterpart was the first Gamma Model in Season 2.
