MMPR Lokar
Lokar the Terrible

Dai-Satan Lokar
Main villain. Is just one of Rita's allies, albeit a powerful one.
Is the ultimate evil and overarching main antagonist of Zyuranger. Serves as the main villain of the two part episode "Island of Illusion", the 2nd part of the episode "Doomsday", and the overarching main antagonist of the comic "Power Rangers Soul of the Dragon."
Sole weakness was Ultimate Daizyuzin's Grand Banisher since it was a God whose light was the perfect counterpart to his evil. Merely fled from his battles with the Ultrazord with the reason implied to have been the massive barrage of energy it always unleashed..
Merely laughs and cannot speak whatsoever, despite being the true main villain of the season. Despite being a mere ally of the Evil Space Aliens and laughing most of the time, he has speaking capabilities.
Bandora gained her magical powers by forming a contract with him. No other connection between Rita's powers and Lokar has been made.
Summoning him required a magical tower and the life force of 13 children. Rita could just summon him from her palace, without any requirements whatsoever.
Appears in 4 Week Continuous Special Super Sentai Strongest Battle!!, an official continuation of the Sentai cannon. Appears in Power Rangers HyperForce, a non-cannon tabletop RPG which exists in an a;lternate universe to the series.
His resting place is in Hell amongst other villains in the franchise. He rules his own dimension, the Talos Dimension.
Dai-Satan has been killed in his final battle with the winning Super Sentai team after the tournament. He is currently alive along with Scorpina in the Talos Dimension and thus is how they've both survived from Zordon's Energy Wave, which wiped out all of the evil of the universe and turned some of them into humans.
Final scheme was to decimate the mecha with Dora Talos before they could form Ultimate Daizyuzin. Final scheme was the same in the TV series but the plot in his final comic was to use some energy crystals to empower the gangs in Angel Grove so that they would create chaos for Lokr to feed off of and thus return.
Hell is never seen when he inhabits it. The Talos Dimension is never seen in the TV series but was seen briefly in the comic.
Last seen exploding after being hit by the Super Sentai Special Storm. Last seen laughing above Cyclopsis before the Ultrazord finished the War Zord off. In the comics, he was last seen sucking Scorpina back into the Talos Dimension after she failed him.
Dead. Presumed to still be alive.
