This page highlights the differences between Brajira of the Messiah and Vrak.

Brajira Vrak
Secretly a fallen Gosei angel, and was a part of five major villain groups. Openly an alien prince and second in line to the throne of his royal family, but was only a part of four major villain groups. Was always evil and was never on the side of Megaforce.
Used Camoumirage to disguise himself in various guises for each faction. His forms serve as different battle armors and as suits to blend with the beings he is around at each respective time.
Has five forms, one for each faction (Warstar, Yuumajuu, Matrintis, Ayakashi, and his natural form). Has four known forms. One used among the standard Agent form used around Warstar, an Earth Armor used around the Mutants, a cyborg form given to him by Metal Alice, and his true form, which appears in Super Megaforce.

Also, Vrak never met Octoroo nor gain a Nighlok form.

Gosei Knight was originally one Brajira's Headders, Groundion. Has no relations with Robo Knight, though Vrak wants Robo Knight to serve him and he succeeds in doing so in the two parter of Super Megaforce, Vrak Is Back.
Somehow escaped the destruction of the Indevader and released the Yuumajuu. Was left trapped in the Warstar Mothership as it blew up, though he barely survived; the Toxic Beasts are long gone by this time.
Was imprisoned by his Yuumajuu comrades due to his recklessness when trying to obtain the Abare Headder by himself. Was never imprisoned by the Toxic Mutants due to him not staying with the toxic beasts for quite a long time.
Related to Space Empire Zangyack via Black Cross King, but is not related to the Gill Family in any way. Vekar is his older yet impulsive, jealous brother, Emperor Mavro is his father who considers him the favorite son in the family, and he is the intermediary of The Warstar Insectoid Army and The Armada Empire.
Was nether the creator nor the founder of the Machine Onslaught Empire Matrintis but did steal the Terminal as his personal lair and then renamed it the Labyrindal because Robogog of the 10-sai is around and the leader of the Matrintis. Is the creator and founder of the Robots, and has built his Underwater Laboratory before then since The Messenger is not around and not the leader.
Was forcefully converted into a cyborg by Robogog after being defeated by the Goseiger in episode 29. Was converted into a cyborg by Metal Alice after the destruction of the Warstar Mothership in order to survive.
Planned on using Universal Annihilation Army Warstar until he had no more need of them. Actively plotted on usurping Malkor's power to take over Warstar.
Resurrected by the Black Cross Führer in Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle after the former Sentai villain is resurrected by Zangyack, where he is defeated once again. Re-emerged during Power Rangers Super Megaforce as a wild card for the conquering of Earth.
Bisected by Alata's Red Dynamic but survives long enough to sacrifice himself to empower his wedges. Bisected by Troy's Infinite Sky Strike and dies, causing his drills to disappear.
Brainwashed Takeru into serving him. Did not encounter Jayden.
Grew giant three times: In Epic 29 by Kinggon, who stole his Bibi Bugs, In Goseiger vs. Shinkenger, and in the final episode, where he uses them on himself. Despite using the Zombats to enlarge monsters, he never used them on himself and thus never grew giant.
Did not capture Gai to drain his life force. Capture Orion to drain his life force and disable the other Rangers' Super Mega Mode.
Is the greatest threat to the Goseigers and the final villain of the series. Is not the final villain of Super Megaforce and his father, Emperor Mavro is shown to be the greater threat and becomes the main villain after Vrak's death.
His Buredoran of the Comet guise is used on both the Indevador and in battle. First encountered the Goseigers in that form. His Insectoid form was only used against the Mega Rangers once, as he uses his Earth Armor form for the rest of his battles with them. First encountered the Mega Rangers in his Earth Armor and he reveals his Insectoid form to them in their next encounter.
Uses his Warstar form and then his Yuumajuu form, only changing back for the events of Tensou Sentai Goseiger: Epic on the Movie. Constantly changes from Insectoid form to Earth Armor whenever the location is appropriate.
His true form was only revealed once he reveals it to the Goseigers. His true form was seen way before the Mega Rangers know about it, but briefly transforms into his cyborg form when the rangers encounter him again and then transforms back.
Has three Dark Headders, none of them having been Action Commanders. Has two of his own Field Commanders (the first drill was made artificially).
Only cares about himself, with no loyalty to even his Gosei Angel teammates. Shows loyalty to his royal family (excluding Vekar) and wants to prove himself to them.
Intended to destroy Earth from the beginning and then recreate it in his own image. Wanted to rule Earth at first but changes his intentions to destroying Earth in Super Megaforce, after constant failures to rule it. Has no intention to recreate Earth afterwards and instead intends to become heir to the Armada throne following his older brother Vekar's death.
