Differences

Bara Gusuka Somnibot
Was male. Was female.
Used its presence to put people and machines to sleep by simply repeating its name over and over; upgraded twice by both Kotaro Henna & Acha with lullaby-singing capabilities. Could sing a lullaby to put people and machines to sleep with no mention of hypnosis or servomotor movement; only upgraded once by Klank and Orbus and already has the ability to sing.
Ended up accidentally putting Bacchus Wrath and his family to sleep. King Mondo and his family fell asleep on their own while waiting for her creation to be finished.
Falls under the power of his own servomotor movement during his flight to Earth. Falls under the power of her own lullaby during her flight to Earth, and takes a short nap before heading to Angel Grove.
His powers were very destructive, causing lots of carnage and property damage. Her spell could cause the deaths of thousands of people, but she was stopped before she could do so.
Powers initially initiated by servomotor movement, which causes hypnosis. Powers initiated as a music-based sleeping spell via singing, twinkle dust and energy waves (Zordon mentions a brainwave frequency that must be altered or terminated, but no more information is given beyond this point).
Was initially dismissed by Bacchus Wrath for having "silly and stupid powers" and for "being lazy" (which Bacchus considered a weakness, punishable by death), but Hysteria suggests using him on the humans instead. Was approved of by Mondo with the belief that everyone in Angel Grove will be put to sleep during the daytime after hearing Somnibot's lullaby. She was approved even by Machina too.
His arrival on Earth was made difficult by the Onranger appearing in their jets and shooting him down. Had no problem reaching Earth, the Power Rangers being unaware of her presence until Zordon told them.
Had three forms. Had two forms.
Was blown apart by KingRanger almost instantly upon arriving on Earth. She was halfway through her attack on Earth before she was blown to pieces by the Gold Ranger.
After being scrapped in his first form, he was subsequently rebuilt by Kotaro Henna before being upgraded by Acha and Kocha. Was rebuilt into her second form by Klank and Orbus immediately after her initial defeat, with no human assistance or alternate form with gramophone horns (due to the footage containing car crashes and mass deaths).
Speaks and sings with childish voice that sounds tough in final form. Speaks and sings with childish voice that sounds sweet initially, then tough in final form.
His eyes do not glow when he initiates his powers. Her eyes glow brilliantly (first red in US footage, then light violet to bright white in Ohranger footage) when she sings her cradle song.
Used his powers in an attempt to put the Ohrangers to sleep; KingRanger unaffected until later on. She sings a lullaby in an attempt to put the Zeo Rangers to sleep; Gold Ranger affected as well when she is in her powered-up form.
Acha and Kocha enhanced his hypnotic powers by hooking him up to an amplifer. Klank and Orbus powered up her spell by siphoning energy from the city's power grid.
Final form defeated by Paku chewing through the wire of his amplifier. Final form defeated with her power shorting out courtesy of Alpha 5.
Killed by King Pyramidder Battle Formation, and is never seen or heard of again. Destroyed by Zeo Ultrazord, but was resurrected by Gasket, in her initial form, to be an audience member in his arena. Has not been seen since. Her spell was presumably broken completely upon her destruction.
Can be selected as a playable character in Super Sentai Battle Base, as either a villain or ally. Is in no Power Rangers video games so far.
