Combatant Wumpers (戦闘員ワンパー Sentōin Wanpā) are the henchmen/grunts of the Space Bosozoku Bowzock. They can shoot ink or smoke from their octopus-like mouths. They are contained in Deputy Leader Zelmoda's jar, similar to that of aquatic pets. They come in four colors; green, blue, white and pink. White tended to be rarer than others and were often the butt of a quick gag. They are armed with a key-like sword that emits electricity, a laser musket-like pistol, or in rare cases, dynamite.

Combined Combatant. A green Wumper can be seen at the top of the right thigh, next to the Anaroid and above the Tail Soldier.
Several Combatant Wumpers were part of an army of past enemy grunts that were fought by the Gokaigers in Los Dark's ghost dimension which housed the 1500 spirits of the villains defeated by the Super Sentai. After losing some of their number in an initial skirmish, the remaining members from each grunt group merged to form the Combined Combatant. Though the stronger opponent, the Combined Combatant proved to be unstable due to internal conflicting among the grunts composing him over who got to finish the pirates off. Taking advantage, the Gokaigers used the Battle Fever J Ranger Keys to destroy the Combined Combatant with the Penta Force cannon.

The Wumpers appear in the video game Gekisou Sentai Carranger: Zenkai! Racer Senshi, hindering the Carrangers in their quest to collect the parts of the RV Mechas to rebuild them.

The Wumpers are voiced by Katsumi Shiono (塩野 勝美 Shiono Katsumi) in his first Sentai foot soldier role. They are portrayed by various suit actors, such as Yuichi Hachisuka (蜂須賀 祐一 Hachisuka Yūichi).
