Character History
A renegade Nezire who stole a device to amplify its power. This Nezire could blast powerful sound waves and was very treacherous, not unlike Guirail. By possessing an INET employee he tricked them into thinking that this employee invented a device that would get emit high-sonic waves to disrupt the Nizire when it was actually intended to affect humans and was attempting to use an INET Satellite facility to amplify his sound waves with a barrier set up to keep the Megarangers from interfering. Thanks to the teamwork of Kouichirou and Yuusaku who were in the building with him, he was knocked into the barrier which shut it down allowing INET to remotely disable his radio transmission and for them to transform. Once transformed, MegaSilver and MegaBlack take him down with a Blazer Impact/Rod Break combo. Killed by Super Galaxy Mega.

- Back in early 2003, shortly after the series changed hands from Saban Entertainment to Disney, some of the monster costumes, including Cicada Nezire, were auctioned off by ABC Auctions. It sold for $192.50.
