Plot[]
The movie begins where a young boy is running for his life where he was chased by Messerju without reason. However, he was blocked by Zyuoh but he fell onto his own trap when the young boy had found another route to escape. Meanwhile, the Bio Team are taking relaxation at the beach as Shirou is fishing to get fish while Ryuta rides on a jet ski as he and his group waving him with their food consisting of two bananas and an onigiri. Back on the scene where the young boy continues to get on pursuit and now he is after by Aquaiger as the Bio Team had overheard the young boy who is screaming for help, making their decision to rescue him. During the chase, the young boy was cornered by Monster, Psygorn, Mettzler and the mechaclones who blocked his path to escape. Due to him getting surrounded by them, the young boy faints until Shirou and the group arrive to confront them. They transformed into Biomen to fight off the mechaclones while Blue3 battles Aquaiger in a water fight. Both Biomen and the Beastnoids battle each other one-on-one as Zyuoh shoots Red1 with Finger Missiles but dodge and Aquaiger attacks them from behind only for Red1 to shoot Monster and his squad with a Bio Blaster causing them to retreat.
The Biomen eventually rescues the young boy afterwards. The young boy they had rescued is named Keita Nakayama and his best friend Hisao was missing and he soon explains to Shirou and the group about the treasure map he had been kept which is a one-half of the treasure map while the other half of the map has been kept from Hisao who is revealed to be captured by Mason and Farrah and the mechaclones, Monster arrives and apologizes for his failure to capture Keita only to be knocked by Farrah from a slap in the face, to the point of kicking Mason out since they got the other half of the map. Back at the Bio Base, Shirou asks Peebo to appraised the first half of the treasure map and to their discovery that treasure map is actually the landing site of the Bio Dragon. Peebo eventually shows to the group the blueprint of the Bio Dragon's landing site which proven correct on the treasure map that Keita had been kept. Peebo reminiscing the time he had traveled to Earth using the Bio Dragon to escape the destruction of their planet Bio Star and to proceed his mission. The Bio Dragon lands on Earth within the foot of Mount Fuji and this is how he created a map of the landing site. Shirou realizes that his friend Hisao has the other half since he was captured by their main enemy and had the other half of the map, leading his decision to mislead Doctor Man and his group. Back at the viewpoint of Mount Fuji as the group take separate sides to hide, Shirou gives Keita his map back and telling him that Monster's reason to chase after the map it is not a treasure but it was something else.
At the Neo Empire Base, most mechaclones are saluting Doctor Man including the Big Three and the Beastnoids. He soon questions about the other map they had found in which he tried so hard to find the Bio Base. He soon gives his minions some last chance to get the other half of the map which the Biomen had recently got it before. As one of the mechaclones, inform them about the Biomen's whereabouts and that including the young boy they had after. Doctor Man orders them to find them. At the hillside near Mount Fuji, Shirou and the group including Keita had encountered Crab Canth who is unearthed from the ground to cause an earthquake and tries to attack them. Just as it forms into a humanoid state, Mason and the mechaclones confront the group. They tried to escape from Crab Canth's attack, but they were surrounded by the Beastnoids and every one of them attacks the group with their abilities to drop the other map and Mettzler takes it causing their escape. The group had no choice but to face the mechagigan and Shirou lets Keita to hide somewhere safe and they see the Bio Robo piloted by Peebo to face it. They get the group and gets them inside while transforming into Biomen off-screen and the two mechas do battle. The Crab Canth is very aggressive and it was impervious to any basic attack, forcing Red1 to use Super Maser as one of the robot's finishing moves are blocked by it. They eventually escape by knocking the Crab Canth with one Bio Missile. Back at the Bio Base, Shirou and the group made a diversion tactic regarding about Peebo and the Bio Dragon's landing site since the map they took with them is actually a fake map as the real one is in their hands, finally outsmarting the enemy and soon setting up the plan to make a statue to as part of a diversion tactic. While Mason, Monster, Zyuoh and their squad are finding the location of the Bio Base, Shirou contacts Peebo who rode the Bio Robo to make brick walls like blocks as an American Akita informs Shirou about the enemy's presence, due to his communication to animals, Shirou informs Peebo to stop while hiding with the Bio Robo and decide to get hide afterwards. As the enemy passes by, the group prepares to do their diversion tactic which they really did to get the statue. However their stint was watched by Doctor Man who is furious over getting the statue instead of the Bio Dragon. However, their base were found by Shirou and the group since Ryuta was inside of the statue that leads them to infiltrate. Inside, Monster punches Zyuoh for being bumbling idiot. They soon left the statue and Hisao had seen this.
As Ryuta gets out of the status with a ray, he beats the mechaclones on his own and rescues Hisao from captivity. Just as being reunited with Shirou and the group, they got cornered by the Big Three as they order the mechaclones to attack them including Farrah Cat and her own squad and the Beastnoids. They fought them valiantly while Psygorn attacks Ryuta with telekinetic powers while Cat 2 knocks Jun down to the ground while Cat 3 attempted to attack her. Jun tries to fight them in an 3-on-1 handicap which she beats them while getting caught off by Messerju. Altogether, Shingo, Ryuta, Jun and Hikaru were knocked away from their respective attacks while Shirou defends Hisao from Mason and his squad as both jump into the water below. Despite the reunion with Hisao, Shingo noticed something wasn't right despite the latter's friendship and Shirou knows they would find the Bio Base. However, Hisao reveals himself to be fake for being a mechaclone to get the real map from their tent and the group avoids from getting exploded. Keita was upset for his best friend went missing only for Shiro to console him. The fake Hisao who is a mechaclone is actually Doctor Man's creations to trick the group. They soon using their flying machines to threat the Bio Team inside the Bio Base in order to get the map, leading Shiro and the group to transform into Biomen. Peebo waves them good luck while they piloted the Bio Dragon to take off. While they dealing against the flying machines, it is revealed that the Big Three had taken the real Hisao as a hostage.
Once they landed the Bio Dragon, the Biomen are revealed to ride their respective vehicles to infiltrate the group. Red 1 successfully rescued Hisao as his team faces The Big Three and their squad and Red1 tells Hisao to escape. After showing their respective main poses, they finally fought while Yellow4 and Pink5 battle against Farrah Cat's squad. Every Biomen executes their respective abilities to take down the mechaclones as well as their weaponry. Both Yellow4 and Pink5 continued to battle Farrah Cat's minions only for her to kill them with her arrows from her Bio Arrow. They later fought the Beastnoids while Yellow4 makes a fool on Zyuoh using her Bio Hologram while Pink5 blinds Aquaiger with Pink Flash and defeating them both when Yellow4 shoots one explosive arrow with her Bio Arrow. Green2 eventually defeats Mettzler with Green Boomerang after scanning him while Blue3 defeats Messerju with his own Bio Sword and Red1 battling Psygorn who uses his scanner to detect it and soon defeats it with one Bio Blaster. Despite the Beastnoids' union to attack the Biomen, they defeated the group with their combined Bio Swords that causes colored smoke in explosions. As the Beastnoids' defeat, the Big Three immediately retreated, forcing Doctor Man to unleash Crab Canth mechagigan who is unearthed into the ground once again. The Biomen soon retreated back to the Bio Dragon as it launched when the mechagigan attack them. They take later take on their flying machines with their respective Bio Jets before forming into a Bio Robo using Fusion Hyper Cross to fight Crab Canth one final time. Despite the attack, the Crab Canth forms into its humanoid state to battle it out. Despite overpowering the Bio Robo, another of its finishing move didn't work on Crab Canth but still defeats it with another Triple Slash.
After the incident, Keita and Hisao are the ones who manage to get through their Bio Base and to see the Bio Dragon and the Bio Robo, thinking it was a real treasure and they are greeted by Shirou and the group. Keita realizes that Shirou and the group are actually Biomen and Peebo arrives to see them. Both Hisao and Keita mistook Peebo as a monster as the group laughs at him and Peebo corrects them that he is a robot. Shirou soon tells both Hisao and Keita to keep their real identities as Biomen including the Bio Base as a secret and Keita agrees. They later give the two boys a farewell after discovering their main base.
