- The opening theme of Chojin Sentai Jetman was played during the Jetman entry featurette of The 30 Sentai Encyclopedia, shown at the end of Task 18 of GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
- Though it was not played when the Gokaigers transformed into the Jetmen, Gai Ikari did sing the first few notes of the Jetman theme in episode 28 of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
- The instrumental of the Jetman opening theme is briefly played during episode 1 of Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger, when Nobuo Akagi wonders "What would the great Sentai Reds do at a time like this?", one of the reds he thinks of being Ryu Tendo (Red Hawk). The theme also plays briefly in episode 3, when Nobuo mentions Gai Yuki as a Sentai warrior who enjoyed alcohol, in order to answer to Mitsuki Aoyagi when she claims a hero should set an example.
- The theme is most prominently featured in episode 6, when a delusional version of Red Hawk joins the Akibarangers in battling Shimokitazawahoya, and later when he gives the Jetmen's Inordinate Power to Akiba Red.

To commemorate the 35th anniversary of Super Sentai, Columbia Records and NIPPONOPHONE released the 7 volume soundtrack Super Sentai Theme Songs Collection for digital download on iTunes on July 20, 2011. Chojin Sentai Jetman was part of the Volume 3 collection.
