- "Go!"
- ―Naoyuki Miura[src]
Chief Counsellor Naoyuki Miura[1] (三浦尚之参謀長 Miura Naoyuki-sanbōchō) is the commander of Ohranger and a dedicated leader who refuses to give up no matter what. An anthropologist and scientist as well, he used his knowledge about ancient civilizations and technologies to create all the Ohrangers' arsenal and mecha, as well as their suits. He once defeated a Baranoia Soldier with his bare hands after a U.A.O.H soldier couldn't do it with a gun.
