Chief Clerk Blu-Ray (ブルーレイ係長 Burūrei Kakarichō) is the first of Baros LoL's monsters, a homage to the Gorma Tribe of Gosei Sentai Dairanger.
History[]
Chief Clerk Blu-Ray armed with an universal remote control that he can use to manipulate time or for his Downconvert Beam (ダウンコンバートビーム Daunconbāto Bīmu) that downgrades the quality of a target. As a human, Blu-Ray poses as a conning electronics salesman who tricks otaku into fulfilling their fantasies through a video player. Though he overpowered by Akiba Red, Chief Clerk Blue-Ray is destroyed by the reassembled Akibarangers' Inordinate Cannon.

- This monster is a reference to the monsters form of the Gorma Tribe from Dairanger. Like those monsters, Chief Clerk Blu-ray sports only one eye and his name contains an official title and an inanimate object.
