The Champion Changer (チャンピオンチェンジャー, Chanpion Chenjā) is a device used by the core Boonboomgers to power-up into the Champion Boonboomgers.

Overview

The Champion Changer is modeled after the front part of the Champion Carrier. The core Boonboomgers can use it to assume their Champion forms.

Functionality

A shift lever-type ignition tool that allows the Boonboomgers to change into Champion Boonboomgers. It is mainly used by Bun Red. When set on the Boonboom Changer, the Champion Jacket that was compressed by gravity inside is deployed, and when put on, it changes the Boonboomgers into Champion Boonboomgers.

To transform into Champion Boonboomgers, a Boonboomger presses the top button three times, then slots the changer onto the Boonboom Changer or Boonboom Booster. It deploys the Bakuage Tires designated to each Boonboomger in the area and converts it into the Champion Jacket where the Boonboomgers grab it and wear it.

The Champion Carrier detaches from the Boonboom Trailer and into five components. The Boonboom Cars unload from the Boonboom Carriers and the front part of the vehicle combines to the top half of Boonboomger Robo, creating a torso skirt armor. Then Boonboom Carriers 3 and 4 open up to form foot wheels, allowing Boonboomger Robo's legs to dock then recombine with the top half. Finally, Boonboom Carriers 1 and 2 are slid onto Boonboomger Robo's shoulders as the inner pieces would create the robo's faceplate. Boonboomger Robo Champion strikes a victory pose raising the Bakuage Driver high behind a checkered flag and a "GOAL" gantry on a podium for 1st place while besides Boonboom Patrol Car 2 and Dozer for 2nd place and Boonboom Safari and Racing for 3rd place, completing the combination.

Special Attacks

By pressing the Boonboom Car Emblem on the Champion Jacket, the Boonboomgers can link with each Boonboom Car and copy their special moves to the Boonboom Handle/Change Axe or their own body, allowing them to Customize (カスタマイズ, Kasutamaizu).

• Boonboomger Robo (ブンブンジャーロボ, Bunbunjā Robo):
  • Off-Road: The user constructs the Bakuage Driver, delivering a volley of screwdriver tips
  • Wagon: Has two variations:
    • The user constructs the Bakuage Hand with the Boonboom Handle to deflect incoming projectiles.
    • The user summons an energy projection of Bonnboom Wagon for a slash attack. They can also summon the projection and launch it from their arm.
• Police (ポリス, Porisu):
  • Patrol Car 1: Has two variations:
    • The user covers their weapon in a spike strip that they can use as a buzzsaw. They can also shoot out spurs at the opponent.
    • The user creates an energy tire from their boot as it gets covered in spikes before launching it. They can also encased their weapon in an energy projection for attacks.
  • Patrol Car 2: Has two variations:
    • The user constructs the Bakuage Magnum to perform rapid fire.
    • The user creates an independent clone of their Champion form in order to perform coordinated attacks.
• Builder (ビルダー, Birudā):
  • Shovel: The user constructs the Boonboom Shovel, using its "shovel piece" to slash and scoop away enemies.
  • Dozer: The user constructs an energy projection of Boonboom Dozer to use as a weapon.
• Knight (ナイト, Naito):
  • Classic: Has three variations:
    • The user constructs the Bakuage Sword on their right foot to deliver a pink energy slash.
    • The user constructs the Bakuage Sword, using it as a boomerang on the opponent.
    • The user summons an energy projection of Boonboom Classic for a slash attack.
  • Racing: Has five variations:
    • The user constructs the Bakuage Burner on their left arm to deliver a flaming slash.
    • The user engulfs their weapon in flames, then swings it around to create fireballs and a heat whirlwind.
    • The user performs flaming kicks.
    • The user gains fast speed that envelops them in flames.
    • The user launches a stream of fire.
• Monster (モンスター, Monsutā):
  • Marine: Has four variations:
    • The user fires consecutive shark energy manifestations into the ground, closing with a turquoise energy beam.
    • The user performs freestyle splash kicks.
    • The user creates a dome of water for protection. They can also turn the dome into a horde of sharks to attack an enemy.
    • The user glides through the ground like a shark.
  • Safari: Has four variations:
    • The user constructs the Bakuage Claw to perform a neon slash. Another version of this ability features the user using two Bakuage Claws.
    • The user summons an energy projection of Boonboom Safari to perform a drill attack.
    • The user is coated in green energy and runs on all fours like a big cat.
    • The user constructs an energy projection of Boonboom Safari for a slash attack.
• 119 (1(ワン)1(ワン)9(ナイン), Wan Wan Nain):
  • Leo Rescue: Has four variations:
    • The user constructs an energy manifestation of Boonboom Leon that pounces at the opponent.
    • The user constructs an energy manifestation of Boonboom Leon's head that could breathe out fire at the enemy.
    • The user gains an energy cost that allows them to run on all fours.
    • The user charges red energy into their fists and launches an energy projection of Leo Rescue at an enemy.
