Cestria is an Aquitian that appeared as a final love interest for Billy Cranston.
History[]

Cestria originally met Billy during one of his travels to Aquitar, where he assisted the Aquitar Rangers.
After Billy began to suffer from accelerated aging, Billy decided to return to Aquitar in order to receive treatment. When he was cured, he chose to remain on Aquitar with Cestria rather than return home to Earth, as he had fallen in love with her and thus chose to spend the rest of his life with her.

Once & Always[]
Billy would eventually return to Earth and create Cranston Technologies, with a new version of the Command Center in its basement. Years later, after the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers defeated a new version of Rita Repulsa, Adam Park offered Billy to return to Aquitar, saying that Cestria missed him.
