History[]
After the destruction of the Power Chamber and loss of the Turbo powers, T.J., Carlos, Ashley, Cassie, and Alpha 6 left Earth to rescue Zordon. While in space, they came across a mysterious spaceship. After being pulled inside by a tractor beam, they discovered it belonged to the Red Space Ranger, Andros. The ship was then attacked by Astronema, and crashed. After much urging, Andros allowed the others to help him, and gave them the Astro Morphers, allowing them to become Space Rangers. After the battle, the team set out to repair the Megaship and search for Zordon. They encountered resistance from the United Alliance of Evil, often having to return to Earth to defend it from their attacks. After many adventures, they discovered the Silver Ranger, Zhane, locked in a cryogenic tube. He was eventually released, and joined the Rangers. When the Alliance launched their invasion, the Rangers fought to defend Earth. However, the Alliance's numbers proved too much for them, and they were forced to retreat. Andros sneaked onto the Dark Fortress in hopes of freeing his sister, while the rest of the Rangers battled the remaining forces, with help from the civilians. They defeated the Alliance when Andros smashed Zordon's tube, releasing the Z-Wave. This destroyed or changed all the members of the Alliance, and ended the invasion. After the battle, the Rangers assisted in the restoration of KO-35, and returned home.
Lost Galaxy[]
Eventually, the Rangers returned to aid the Galaxy Rangers when Deviot unleashed the Psycho Rangers to destroy them. They were mostly successful, but Psycho Pink managed to survive. After a battle, Kendrix Morgan sacrificed her life to stop Psycho Pink and save Cassie. The Space Rangers departed after this, presumably returning to Earth.
Forever Red[]
Andros would later help assemble a team of Veteran Red Rangers in order to fight the Machine Empire remnants under General Venjix, bringing not only his powers but a rebuilt Astro Megaship. TV STORY-Forever Red
Legacy of Power[]
The Space Rangers were featured in a chronicle of Power Ranger history compiled by Tommy Oliver shortly after he formed the Dino Rangers, which was found by the nascent Ranger team in the Dino Lab. TV STORY-Legacy of Power
Super Megaforce[]
The Space Rangers returned as part of the army of Legendary Rangers that helped the Mega Rangers defeat the Armada once and for all, fighting in a huge battle against hundreds of X Borgs and dozens of Bruisers. TV STORY-Legendary Battle
Split History[]
Shattered Grid[]
Lord Drakkon splintered the timeline and travelled to the split dimension the Space Rangers are in. He hijacked the Astro Megaship and destroyed Alpha 6. T.J., who Andros has sent for repairs, while the rest retired for the night, is in a separate section of the ship. as Drakkon's Sentries attack, the rest of the Space Rangers battle him. T.J. initiates Megazord mode and opens airlocks to try and stop Drakkon's Sentries, but Drakkon goes after him in the lack of gravity. He severs T.J.'s safety line and T.J. is left to float out in space. Drakkon and his Sentries leave as they have what they came for; the Morphers of the Space Rangers. After having his Morpher reinforced by Doctor K, Andros evidently participated in an advance towards Drakkon's Tower on the Moon in the World of the Coinless, engaging a large army of Ranger Sentries. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 30
